My carpet cleaner technician was excellent. He arrived on time and did an awesome job on my floors!!!
The pet treatment application is sold to customers by showing
them evidence of pet activity using a UV black light before the cleaning.
It would be interesting if the technician would offer to perform the same
demonstration after the cleaning to see if any evidence remains.

The real cost of cleaning... I was not prepared for the real cost vs. advertised cost. I get that there are extra charges for certain services, but 60 dollars for pre-treat? 75 dollars for pet odor? One room could cost: 45 + 75 + 60 = $180 before taxes, and that's ONE room. I thought the tech did an outstanding job, and he was so thorough, I went ahead and let him complete the service. Consider a special that includes those "extra" fees... I could be enticed by a higher special price if it included all the bells and whistles.
The carpets smell like mildew. I send an email on Sunday and have not yet received a call about it.
Technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. I had my office carpet cleaned and it looks like new again.
They will be returning next week to seal my granite and stainless steel in my kitchen.

The carpet has never looked better! I am very pleased with the quality of service provided. I will say I didn't like the extra "upcharge" to tackle the severity of the stains (it was my impression that was covered), but at least there's no stain left.

Service was alarmingly and in appropriately priced for the outcome. I paid $932 for carpet cleaning of approximately 900 sq ft. The carpet looks NO better than when I rented a machine from Lowe's and did it myself! Shame on me.

Scheduling! I requested 30 minutes notification, but if by 8:30 okay. I waited until 8:45 and went to work. When I got there at 9:00 got call on the way to house. I had to drive back. Can't you jerks understand that I work for a living. You screwed up and I lost an hour and half of my life. Just set the time you will be there!
