Living room sofas were not move to clean underneath . They are not heavy and should have had the carpet cleaned under the sofas. I was not aware of this until is returned home. Other services I have used in the past did move or lift furniture to properly clean the floor and would also place guards under the small tables and the sofas to allow for drying. I am disappointed to think that my carpets were not given the consideration. I did not expect for heavy items to be moved, however, like I stated before, my sofas are not heavy and it is quite obvious.
Gets carpets clean without residue or chemicals.
The service was great. The guy that came was very nice and got the job done quickly. I was very happy with the service and the guy who completed out carpet cleaning.

No smell, carpet looks great, technician was very thorough and explained everything....didn't feel like he was a salesman. (That's a good thing!)
So far none of the stains have come back. The service provider was also very good.
My carpet looks and feels clean. My allergies seemed to not be as severe only 2 days after the carpet was cleaned.
Product appears to be superior to others I have used. The only problem I have had is the first time the crew comes they don't finish the job. This time the first crew was very nice but failed in the extraction of water from the carpet and left brown spots all over. The second tech that came, Tom Moody, new exactly the problem and solved in a very short time. The carpet looks good now. But of the two times I have had you for service it has had to be a repeat visit to get it right. Sounds expensive to me.

The carpet was wet from 330pm until the next morning. Couldnt move furniture back till then and a couple of the high traffic areas are still a little dingy looking. Also, a urine smell is now in one room that didnt have it. The water just brought it out very strong. A good way to force customers to have to pay the 60 bucks to get it out. I should have been told that would happen if i didnt treat that room. And its not like its full of urine . It had 3 or 4 places on edge of carpet that i knew of and there were no stains so i didnt think it would need it . Ill be lookin in next 2 weeks to see if i complain n bring them back out or go back to stanley steemer. At least when they leave it smells great . When the guy left it smelled like a dirty wet rug .
