I was very pleased with Mr Moody and his service. The carpet was cleaned correctly and it dried in less that 24 hours! much better than the first time around.
I paid almost $1500 to have carpets and furniture done that day. Already stains that were not associated with pets are back, and there is a high degree of residue left on my furniture corners. It's sticky, I can feel it, and it is right where they showed me urine. I bought a black light, and I can still see some urine stains on the carpet in a few places. Had they bothered to show me when they were done, I might have seen them then. I trusted them because they did work so hard. They said to give them a call if anything reappeared, that they would come back out, but I am so frustrated with all that we went through in the first place, that I am not sure I want them again. I even tipped them $100 because it did look so good at first. Let's see what your company does with this review. How good are you really??? PS, you only got a 1 because Fabian and Tommy worked so hard that day.

Technician was very knowledgable and diligent in his work. Appointment was yesterday and do far carpets look great.
While I did have a very good experience with the actual service I feel you should know that it almost did not happen.
The gentleman who took my call to make the appointment was confused when I mentioned a current offer that I wanted to use. He told me there was no offer. When I mentioned that is was in the Dallas Morning News he said OK. He then immediately told me all the reasons it could cost more. The entire call left me leery and I almost cancelled the appointment.
