More definite scheduling

The specials that you advertise are a bit misleading. Once you add in stairs, hallways, closets etc. you are more expensive than others.

The non-chemical usage.

I kept hearing rave reviews, and I thought this is awesome, I'll give them a try! The gentleman, Anthony, who was at our house was very polite. However, I still have a stain in the living room that wasn't ever mentioned of being an issue, like a few of the other stains we discussed. I also paid extra for a pet stain/ oder in a small area, and I can still smell it. To be honest, I'm pretty disappointed.

I heard about the $79 "Starlene Stringer" special and called in to have that done at my house. When I paid - I expected tax on the $79 but at no time do I remember anyone mentioning a $10 gas charge. I did not hear it on the radio ad nor did the person who set up my appointment mention it to me. I distinctly remember listening when the appt was made the $79 included 3 rooms pretreated and cleaned. Then end of any talk of money or cost.

Jaime did a great job on our carpets and was very nice. $93 total for 3 rooms average price - just disappointed gas fee was never mentioned to me except by Jaime at the end. And it was because I asked why the cost was so high. $79 to $93 seemed like a lot of tax and that is when he mentioned the gas fee.
