Be more honest when booming appt that the $99 special does not apply to all cleaning services. I ended up paying almost $300 to have my 4 rooms cleaned when I thought I was only going to be paying $99.
Zerorez does a very good job cleaning without chemicals and at a fair price. I like the technicians that are sent out - very professional. I had Anthony the last time and he did an excellent job!
my scheduled appointment was not the price I received ,told that to the tech and was to relay/inform office . as of now payment adjustment not made. should have been 10.00$ less

The technician was very knowledgeable, prompt and nice. HE explained everything he was doing to our carpets and answered all our questions. Anthony was a great representative of your company.

Aside from the fact that you open at 7am but didn't answer the phone until 7:40am, all the employees we encountered were professional, especially the technician, Austin, who came to our house. He did an excellent job quickly and efficiently.

They don't leave buildup on my rug. The service tech was very professional and cleaned the carpets thoroughly. I will request Austin again.

The service was great, but the wait was long (over a week) for an appointment for a dog pee spot in my son's bedroom, and the smell came back the day after service :-/

Tech showed up 5 minutes before the end of the scheduled window and then spent the next 15 minutes sitting in the van talking on the phone! Claimed he was discussing his schedule with his boss. Light spots in dining area were not removed but I removed them easily with Resolve two days later but of course those spots probably no longer have the sealer protectant. This was an RV which I understand the tech had never seen the inside of one before. Some walls are carpeted part way up and a lot of the ceiling is carpeted. Tech never asked or offered to clean either of those areas. Can you say missed opportunity? One narrow strip of floor next to bed was not cleaned at all. Areas that looked pretty good before do look better now.
The technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything he did before doing it. He was prompt and courteous and cleaned up when he was through.
I feel like our house is so much cleaner now!

I especially trust your process of using no soap so that the carpet stays cleaner longer. I also like the sealer that you can put on top to ensure that spills come up quicker with no staining! Kyle Peterson was my technician and he was professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

PROBLEM: Carpet still has mud on it and doesn't look shampooed. At all!
I am repeat customer. The other times I've been very pleased. THIS TIME the guy had a hot date or was over booked with a 20 minute deadline to complete the whole project. Quantity first is not the same thing as quality first. He was there just to do a light wetting and vacuuming just to leave tracks in the carpet to say "it's done"! Compared to my previous experiences, THIS was NOT a good shampooing job in any definition and NOT worth the money!
NEGATIVE: I was so displeased with the shampooing I asked him to go over the most walked area again between the kitchen/livingroom. He lightly touched again going over the same area only changing the furrow pattern. Again, I was so displeased, I immediately went to Albertsons, rented their shampooer, took it home, shampooed a small strip in front of the kitchen/living area where he "shampooed twice". The mud in the Albertson's shampooer was a lot! The area showed much cleaner. It's not my "old stained carpet". It was a bad shampoo job.
SOLUTION: Shampoo my carpet RIGHT.
POSITIVE: He was early, and he did leave good furrows in the carpet like show homes have!
