Your products leave a very refreshing and clean smell. I was particularly impressed with Josh who came to clean our carpets. He was very knowledgeable about carpets and rugs. They did an excellent job.

Zerorez is fantastic. Work is done quickly and neatly. Carpets are nearly dry when they are finished and carpets are so clean they look like new. All little doggie spots are gone.

Twice now this has happened....your technician tells me in order for the pet stains to not smell once he's done, they'll need to be treated first, at extra cost. I pass, then they tell me they'll just go ahead and do it like they are doing me a favor. I guess this is what they're told to do, since it happened almost word for word both times. It just aggravates me that as a loyal customer I am almost bilked out of extra money with this ploy. It's not necessary and makes me feel for the people who actually fall for this and end up paying extra. I am tempted not to use Zerorez again because of it. I thought the first time it happened nothing of it, but now that it happened almost word for word twice now, it must be a ploy to try to get your customers to pay more. That's just not right, especially for continuing customers. Other than this, they did a great job, I just don't appreciate the trying to get extra money for something it seems they'll just do anyway or that should already be included. Your customers deserve a little more respect than that.

i have used zerorez many times, mostly because the ads insist that zerorez has the best cleaning, and can get ANY stain our. 2 times ago one of the technicians pulled a stain i didn't know i had, and it created a huge spot that necessitated having another person come out and remove carpet and replace the stained carpet...i never complained even though it compromised the carpet in the master bedroom.
i was very disappointed with my last encounter, the technician was not very professional. i told him i had 2 rooms that had just been cleaned by zero rez but i went on vacation, and while i was gone, the dogs made a mess on the carpets b c the person i hired, did not do their job and keep the dogs in their crates. i pointed out the areas to be cleaned, not whole rooms, just areas of each room. He focused in on those areas pre testing them for possible "odors" after an initial cleaning. when i said i did not want to pay extra , he hounded me about the stains, insisting i spend money to pre treat the areas. None of your previous employees pressured me like that. before he left, i had him take his uv light and shine it on a bedroom i had zerorez clean 2 times, once w normal carpet cleaning, and the second time, we treated the carpet for odors and then cleaned again. with your techs uv light, the stains were still apparent, in that bedroom. The most recent tech did "offer" to not charge me for the pet treatment in $60 to treat minimal areas in 3 rooms, but i paid him. I was not going to pay $60 a room, as the stains in each room all added together, did not add up to the area of one entirely stained bedroom. This last experience with zerorez left me feeling like i was dealing with "regular" carpet companies again....were you running a promo on selling customers unnecessary treatments? I ask this because i am still investigating whether treating carpets for pet stains, prior to cleaning actually keeps the stains from showing in the future via uv or black lights. i will probably check with consumer reports about whether any carpet cleaning company can actually get rid of pet / body fluids when they are scanned by a uv or black light. I am willing to bet that the owners of the company do not read or never hear of my feedback the radio stations rave about your service...me ...the last 2 experiences have changed my perspective

We were extremely pleased with the quality of the service provided by our technician, Darwin. He was knowledgeable, diligent, professional, and courteous. He left the carpets spotless and identified and remedied a persistent problem we have had with a dirty carpet "pathway" between our garage and master bed and bathroom. Zerorez will be our "go to" company for carpet cleaning in the future. We are so pleased with Zerorez, and Darwin's professionalism, we will recommend Zerorez in our neighborhood newsletter.
This was, by far, the best experience we have had with a carpet cleaning service in 30 years.
