I like the way the carpet looks and feels. Drying is so quick and no soapy residue left. Excellent.

We were told that our rugs would be delivered on a certain date within a 2 hour time window. I waited at home all morning and no one showed up. When I called the first time I was told that the rugs were on the truck and they were just running behind.An hour later I called back and was told my rugs were still at the store and they had to cancel the delivery until another day. Again I was told that my rugs would be there the next morning at 9am. 1030 and still no rugs.
They finally arrived shortly before noon. I was also originally told that I would receive replacement pads at no extra charge but the man who told me that he no longer worked at the company and they would not honor what he said.
Have used other cleaning companies before but your company did a much better job. The technicians were very nice and did a great job. Will definitely use your services again.

Glad that you did not use chemicals. I have pets so that was a concern. We could tell an immediate difference. Our carpets were clean, the smell of clean was present and afterwards, walking on them it felt great. Our cleaning guy was pleasant from the get go and I was enjoyed the fact that he was so personable.

How quick, efficient and helpful your techs are, while not being "pushy". Also what a good job on my carpets and the fact that they dry very quickly,.
On the first service, the home was empty and I trusted your man to clean the carpets. He came to the office after he was done and I wrote him a check. When the new tenants moved in, the front room spelled of pet odor. We called back to have it deodorized (which was never offered at time of contact) and they wanted to charge $60 per room. When your supervisor came out they said the front room carpet had never been cleaned. Yesterday, when they guy came he checked the other carpets and they had not been cleaned either. They man yesterday cleaned all the rooms for free, which I appreciate, however I think I should receive a full refund.

Do it right the first time
Your tech; Maurice (I think) was very professional. Was a bit disappointed that I didn't get a call letting me know that you would be 1/2 hour late after the 4pm-6:30pm appointment time though. Maurice arrived at 7pm and went straight to work. He did a wonderful job on my carpets!!!!

I had both my grout cleaned and carpets. A few spots were left on the carpet. I have got one of them up myself. I think a better job could have been done.
Carpet Cleaning was good at reasonable rates.
We had hoped that cleaned stains would remain gone but they came back after the carpet dried just as they had with other carpet cleaning. Other than that, very pleasant staff.
