I like the idea of zero residue cleaning, and I've liked all the technicians - especially the one from this visit. However, I do not like that the prices and various add-ons are not printed on a takeaway piece of paper (brochure or handout etc) or on your website. My recent experience was the most straightforward. But previously - I felt like I was scammed a bit with various add on services. With one visit I asked the technician what substances were in the antimicrobal solution, and he pointed me to a separate product info website, but I could not find the same information on your website. So, while your cleaning process left no residue, the sales process did!

The carpet felt so amazing after zerorez cleaned it. There was no film and it smelled clean. They were able to remove all of the pet stains and odors as wrll.

These guys cleaned my carpet.It looked Great until it dried.I called, pow the came back the next week. Zipped it right up. Some of the stains were so deep into the carpet, the pad had a stain.Great job guys!
Your service was very good regarding the cleaning and repairs. It took forever however, nearly 2 months for the three area rugs that needed to be taken from our home to be cleaned and repaired. I had been told three weeks. Also, I had to keep after you for action and regarding timelines for services on the taken rugs. Communication within your company on my behalf wasn't good. I am still waiting for a value appraisal on one of my oriental rugs.
No chemicals is great! Clean but no chemicals is the way to go!

I have already been in contact with a customer service representative about the additional expense tacked on after the technician arrivedxat my house. Your advertising and your phone estimates are extremely misleading
The technician did an amazing job cleaning my carpet. He got out stains that other companies always left behind!

When the service gentleman arrived for our first appointment, he was 20 minutes late. Not a problem, that is traffic in DFW. However the equipment wouldn't work on the vehicle so after waiting at a home we didn't live in yet for 3 hours they couldn't complete the work. I called that evening and left a message advising what had happened since the business was now closed. The next day after not receiving a call back in the morning I again called and this time spoke to a representative and again explained what had happened the night before. The representative on the phone said I will get you a new appt set up. I asked if they would be providing me with a discount or service due to the original appt. not being kept (the previous technician advised to make sure they gave me a discount) and he said he had to check with his supervisor. After being on hold he said he could do $45.00 off. I asked if they could do anything better as I felt that was not appropriate compensation and he said no. I advised them to cancel the appt. until I could speak with the manager about the situation at which point the representative hung up on me. I attempted to call back and ask for a manager but was kept on hold for 10 minutes and had to disconnect due to another commitment. Approximately one hour later I was called by a representative because of the message I had left the night before. She had no idea what had occurred so I had to explain the entire situation to her again. She put me through to a manager who apologized and said that she could do the $45.00 off. I advised her that based upon what I had been through that was not acceptable for her to earn my business. She asked what I thought was fair and I said I had two staircases of 14 each that I would like to be cleaned as compensation. She told me that "Stairs are really hard and we do not like to do those". I was surprised that a floor cleaning company would say they didn't like to do what they advertise they are experts at. She said she would have to get it approved and call me back. 15 minutes later she called back and said that the service manager had approved it and they would be out the next day. I told her I appreciated it and asked for the total price, which she advised would be $154.00 plus tax. The next day the technician arrived as scheduled and advised that only one stair was approved to be cleaned and that there would be an additional charge of $56.00 for the second. We discussed that both were supposed to be comped and we had been given a price, so he wrote the receipt up showing I had paid what was due. He said that the office would show the second staircase as a coupon and zero balance. I received my e-mailed receipt the next day and it showed a balance due for the second staircase. I called the company and they advised that they would have someone look into it and call me back within 24 hours. It has now been a week and I have not heard from your company. The technicians themselves did a great job with the carpets which is the only reason I gave a two rating vs. zero. I have used ZeroRez on numerous occasions before and was always happy with the service. However due to this last incident I will not be using your company in the future.
