I felt Joe & Tommy were honest about what I needed to do to get my carpets, 2 recliners & kitchen floor back up to good condition. It cost me $950 but I felt they were not hypying as to what needed to be done. Now that I can afford to, I will use your company for the proper up keep.
Tried three other carpet cleaning companies and only Zerorez was able to remove the oily discoloration that my dog left in the areas she sleeps.

First of all, your technician, Fabian, verified his previous quote before beginning. He knew his product, was very efficient. My carpet has never been cleaner. All the spots are gone!
I have my carpet cleaned several times per year, i do not feel that the equipment worked any better then anyone else, the amount of water left on my floor was unbleavable, i still have wet spots, and none of the trafic area stains came out. i like the service tech, but not at all happy with the cleaning.
You never told me about the $10 service fee when I called to make an appointment. Plus I asked for the starline stringer special off of KLTY which that time was 3 rooms 79.00 and a gift card to fellers jewelry. I have seen the card and the tech knew nothing about it.

HALF the Stated & advertised prices for small Condo's & Apt. Units...it's absolutely ridiculous & repugnant to pay almost $400.00USD for "Duct Cleaning" in a Condo unit that is not even 1000 Sq. Ft. & the longest Duct Run from the central air handler unit isn't even 8' Ft. in length.
Oh, & lose the "Fuel/Trip Charge".
That was not outlined as part of the price to me & was not disclosed up-front as being part of the over-all price.

You advertise four rooms for "only" $99.00, but you charged me $118 for the advertised service. Only $99.00 should include taxes and any surcharges that you want to include....or advertise the price as "Only $118.00"

Its the best. Nothing gets the dirt out like Zerorez. Good customer service and good people who do the work. Use Stanley Steamer for years. You make them look like a joke! Keep it up! My second time. Do you do pets?

Zerorez did not call to arrange window of time. And the price is never as quoted. They always talk and talk until they up price you. They did the same thing at my son's home.
It sanitizes without using harmful chemicals. The service for very good.
I think your technology is the best, and everything you say happens.
I would like to suggest that you tell your service reps to put paper down (or something) when they are cleaning carpet under a couch or chair with metal frame. This happened to us,and now we have to have someone come back to clean the rust stains on the carpet. It would have been nice if they would have given us an appointment the next day, instead of waiting for 3 days.
Also, the floors are always wetter than you represent they will be. Please prepare people better, so they know that it will take 24-36 hours for it to completely dry.
