work a little harder on tough spots as I pointed out to technician. Carpet always looks great when they walk out the door but when it dries there are "shadows" that I think would have come out if they'd worked a little harder on those spots.

Joshua and Gabriel did a really good job, they were respectful of our property (meaning, they were careful to prop the swinging door so the hose wouldn't drag against it, etc.) They were generally pleasant folk to have around and we are happy with the results.
