Service tech was very professional and efficient. He took care to cover the wall corners to protect them from the hoses. Carpet looked refreshed like the day we moved in and he was even able to do a fantastic job of cleaning our mattress.

We have always been very happy with Zerorez until this time. The technician was super nice but in too big of a hurry and missed a lot. I still have vomit smell on my carpet in one room and I noticed that my living room smelled like dog pee. That has never been an issue the previous times we used zerorez. Usually the tech comes in and shines a black light and shows me where we should treat for pet stains and would have seen where my child was sick. Instead, he never asked us about anything and was done before I knew it. Usually it takes up to 2 hours maybe. It wasn't even 45 minutes. He didn't even ask us about the protectant.
