Carpets look and feel like they are new
No soap.
I like the feel of the carpet and the lack of chemical smell. The technicians were prompt, polite and accommodating.
Although my tile and grout look much better, I would have a hard time recommending your company to family or friends. There seems to be a breakdown in communication and training. I had to deal with 8 different people to finally work out what I should pay. If I had not had a friend who had just used your company, I would have drastically overpaid.
It was a complete hassle having to get an quote from a technician, being told there were no tile specials going on, calling the office, being told the same thing, having the technician leave, then recalling the office again to finally be told about the special and rescheduling. That only happened because I saw my friends receipt and knew the name of the special to ask for. Then when a second technician came back I was told I could only purchase one special and was given an incorrect amount for additional square footage. Again I called the office to be told I could buy two specials but the amount for additional square footage was correct. After the technician left, I received a call from the office to see how it went. When I told him what happened, he said I was overcharged for the additional square footage, and I just received a check for the difference.
There were additional issues with the technician arriving late and me having to move my vehicles from my driveway when your website specifically says "not in your driveway". The road is definitely less than 100 ft from my door.
Like I stated in the beginning my tile and grout do look much better, but I am not sure it was worth the time and headaches to get it. I did hear an advertisement on radio station 103.7 about getting a family four pack of Hawaiian Falls for getting 4 rooms cleaned. I did have my living room, foyer, laundry room, a bathroom, kitchen, and breakfast nook cleaned. A day of fun would go a long way to improving how I feel about your company.

Knowing that my carpet doesn't have detergents in it and is really clean
My carpet was too wet when the last service was done. I called and Zerorez and they sent another serviceman to redo the work and make sure the carpet is satisfactory.
The service was exceptional.
No soapy residue left on carpet after cleaning.
However, I have mentioned this for all the years I have been using your service that your cleaning techs need to stop saying that the carpet will be dry withing 45 minutes to an hour or so. When the tech has left my home at anywhere from 11 a.m. or so, when I'm ready to go to bed that evening at 11 p.m., my carpet is still well in most areas. I mention this everytime zerorez comes to clean my carpet and every cleaning person acts very surprised. Your commercials state the 45 minutes also. I have used your company for about 8 years now, and my carpet has never been dry prior to me retiring for the evening. Anyone I know that uses your company says the same thing.

The ability to better clean traffic areas inside a residence. The technician was courteous and friendly and he explained Zerorez uses a protein based cleaner which doesn't work well on traffic areas. The spray appeared to work well on the carpet where our cat regurgitated (he's getting old, until the carpet dried. These spots were still easily noticeable. And of course the traffic areas still remain.
The raking of the carpet, clean fresh smell, the heat of the water killing any living thing in the carpet. My floors look fantastic as does the stairs but my couch and love seat are like brand new!

Still have a few spots in our closet that he assured us he got out, but when we went in there that evening after he left, the spots were still there.
The original process of getting a quote and communicating. I ended up speaking with 4 different individuals to get the job done until I ultimately dealt with Jeff. It was a great job once done and I appreciated the 2 different rounds of technicians. Mitchell, Caryn, and Miguel did a great job!
My sevice technician, Tyree, did a great job! He was fast, courteous, he threw in the staircase at no charge, the carpet looks super, and I really liked him.
Called immediately after the technician left as he caused damage to our bannister - scraped the paint off down to the wood, 3 inch scrape on 3 sides-. I was assured that I would be contacted within 48 hours regarding damage by customer service.Have not heard from anyone and it has been 6 days! I asked the tech. what could be done or who I should contact and he said he did not know. He said their wasn't anyone because this has never happened before. VERY unhappy that there was not follow-up. Also, there was so much water on the carpet it took over 6 hours to dry, and spots showed up within 1 hour after treatment.

Had to clean along the edges after service man left. Lots of dirt there and I had vacuumed prior to cleaning. Asked him to put something under metal legs of a few items. He said they wouldn't rust because he didn't get that close to them-they did so I have several rust spots. Still some spots, however my carpets were very dirty and he did get 90% of the spots out.
You use no chemicals and the work was done quickly.
I have worked for State Farm for 30+ years. We refer our clients to various Water Extraction Companies for water damage claims. As a result of these referrals, I can get discounted carpet cleaning from various vendors, I opt to pay Zerorez for services because in my opinion, you all do a better job than any of your competitors. I have referred numerous friends and clients to your firm. I can't say enough good thinkgs about your company, employees and product.

Hire more people to make scheduled appts. Teach your workers to be more courteous and not jump into conclusions about problems. Listen better.
