The servicemen were very friendly, thorough and respectful. I also like that you remove hair from the carpets. My carpets are 25 years old and still look new.

I did not receive a phone call 30 minutes before the technician was to arrive. It would've been nice to know that he was on the way instead of my having to call your office to find out if he was en route.

The fact that you do not use detergents or chemicals on the carpet was huge for me since I have two dogs that sometimes lick the carpet.
I think that the guy that they sent out did a great job!! There were some spots on the carpet that I was not sure that would come out. He was able to get all but one and that one was much lighter after he finished. I has been a week now since he did the work and it still looks great!!

I like the idea of no soaps or chemicals used during the cleaning process. I liked the person who performed the service. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with regarding the care of carpet. I like the results too, clean carpet!

The only carpet cleaners that have consistently removed stubborn stains.
I paid $1500 to have my floor tiles cleaned and sealed, and the grout between them cleaned and sealed. The floor tiles were cleaned and "swiffered," but the grout was not cleaned or sealed. Additionally, a small piece of grout has been pulled out during the cleaning process. All of the cleaning and sealing has to be done a second time and the lost grout will be "inspected." I can no longer refer any of my neighbors to Zerorez. Indeed, for all the hassle, you should pay us after you have to do the entire job over!
Everything! Dependable, courteous, honest, hard working, thorough and reasonable. My carpets hadn't been cleaned in years but they looked almost like new when the young man left. I was very impressed with the gentleman who did the work and will definitely recommend Zero Res to all my friends and family. (Please, excuse my spelling.)
The technician was great and a delight to have in our home. The carpet, although 20+ years old, looks almost new. We did have a mailer coupon which not only gave us a good price for 3 rooms but also some tickets for a water park. We were a little disappointed that the tech. didn't have those with him. We will have to wait for someone to send them to us. Yes, we will use zerorez again and we've already had neighbors, after seeing the truck, ask us how we liked them.

Your technicians, Daniel and Chad, were great. They worked very hard and were very courteous, but I'm not certain your cleaning methods are better than Stanley steamer's steam process. There were some areas I went over with a plastic scrubber and body soap and the results were much better.
