The knowledgeable and friendly service technician who carefully explained each step of the cleaning process as it was happening. He did not seem bothered with all of my questions.

The only suggestion I have is that when the appointment is scheduled for a certain time that the workers do not show up before that. They were lucky my husband was in town and could meet them back at the house when they called. Please stick to the time that is scheduled. The service is always great though. I have used Zerorez two times now and I will continue to use your services. Thank you.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

No one showed up to the first appt (which I confirmed by phone AND which we received automated reminder voicemails about). When we called to find out where the crew was, the person on the phone couldn't find no record of our appointment. So we rescheduled. The crew that came out did an okay job. There is still visible dirt or small debris on the very edges of all of the rooms they cleaned - where the carpet meets the baseboard.

What could we do to improve?

1. Tell people how long it will REALLY take to dry carpets. I was told 4 hours, but nearly 48 hours later, I still have damp rooms. We would have planned to be gone if I'd known.

2. The payment system was odd. My tech entered my credit card number into his phone--rather than swiping it. If I'd known how that would be done, I would have paid in some other form. I don't know how/whether he still has possession of my number.

3. My house still smells like dog. Maybe it will be better when the carpets have finished drying. I know you sell "special" services for pets, but I couldn't figure out why I was having my carpets cleaned at all if I was going to have to buy special cleaning for pets. If we REALLY have to pay more for pet cleaning, I think you should advertise that, or at least ask customers when they set up their service. People should make decisions and know their costs up front.

4. My tech was very friendly and seemed efficient, so this is not about him.

My biggest disappointment is your technician said that your technology and equipment wouldn't be able to clean my carpets & he thought it wouldnt be worth the time to give it a try after he gave a couple minutes to test one spot on the carpet /he seemed very courteous over the phone /since that's all I was able to do was talk to him over the phone since I wasn't home and it was my stepson that was present at the testing of the carpet and the delay of the time that the technician was actually going to show up was a little bit of an irritant .I thought this was a revolutionary new system of cleaning /I know my carpets were dirty !but I didn't think they were that dirty that they couldn't be clean :so that's what I'm going to tell other people/ if you think there might of been a error in this whole situation and you do have the technology to clean my carpet !!please contact me /if not this' will be the review that I give other people.Thank You

What do you like about our products and services?

The gentleman that cleaned our carpet was very knowledgable about the products. He arrived on time and explained the process step by step. He asked for the major stains that required mote attention and assessed them individually. I didn't feel that he was rushed. He took his time and gave me an estimated time of completion, which was very accurate.
I was really impressed with the service and information. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to others and will call back in the future.

Technicians introduced themselves, they were neatly dressed, and they worked like pros.

I did NOT like the insurance survey while trying to obtain the free movie tickets. There just was no way out. My major dislike.

The equipment left a grease stain on my carpet. I called them back and they corrected the stain.

My wife likes the carpet and so do I.
