Be more honest when cleaning….the crew did a spot clean and it caused a wrinkle in the carpet, the specialist came out and could not fix and told be the crew should not have cleaned on sight but should have taken it in for cleaning.
Satisfaction with the results. Carpets look better. Entry Rug looks like new!
I asked for a quote to add duct cleaning to the service. They said they would not provide it until they got here. It was crazy outrageously expensive, and when I declined it the services them had a bad attitude the rest of the time he was here. I also got charged a fuel charge which I was not told about in advance.

Our technician from the Dallas office, Miguel, was courteous, timely, and went above and beyond to serve our needs. When he noticed some water damage and discovered mold along one of our walls, he was able to fix it for us that same day and within our budget. He stayed past the original service window to ensure that the job was done right and asked me several times to check his work (even though my husband had already checked) because he wanted to be sure we were happy with the service!
The technician did not move any furniture. We had moved everything that was heavy for him, but he didn't clean behind our cribs or small chairs. If he didn't want to move them, or couldn't, he should have told us and we would have. We were there the entire time, trying to stay out of his way. It's frustrating to pay $200 for carpet cleaning and for all of the carpet to not get done. The only thing that would make things right would be for someone to come out and clean the areas he did not clean.

The technician that cleaned our carpets was courteous and professional. He arrived on time and did a great job of cleaning the carpets, even getting out a couple of tough pet stains.

I had requested Jason to clean my carpets and was told he would be cleaning them.However, he was not the person who showed up and I was not told ahead of time that there would be a change. Also I was told that I would be called 30 minutes before Jason would show up. I never received that phone call. The person who did my carpets showed up at my door saying that he was working in the area and just came over when he finished up his previous job. Fortunately, I was home then and that is only because my plans were cancelled that afternoon. I was called two days in a row to confirm my appointment and no one knew why. This is the first time I have encountered these problems with your service.
They did a fabulous job on the two wingback chairs i had cleaned.
The guys were very courteous and professional. On a previous occasion they cleaned my
carpet. They got rid of some bad spots !

Be there closer to the time agreed upon. Most of the day was spent waiting, and then it changed!
This kind of carpet cleaning seems like it would be best maybe every 3rd time after using another carpet cleaner to remove some of their residue. But by itself, I don't feel like the carpet was really cleaned. I also had an area that had been recently flooded, treated with mold prevention, dried and shampoo'd. I wanted to go over this area one more time, but Zerorez actually made it worse (bad smell).

Don't oversell the pet treatment. Doesn't work that well. Didn't get my money's worth on that and I need high powered stuff.
I like the way Zerorez sends EMAILS & phone calls to confirm the appointment days ahead of time.
I also like the service guy being punctual & that you always have coupons in VALPAK.
If I would suggest anything, it would be that depending on the size of the home,
there should be two people to do the job instead of one.
Our carpet looks great. We will only use Zerorez from now on.
