I have always had very good luck with your cleaning. This time I had a bad coffee spill and it did not come up. I was surprised because it will usually come right up.
I would recommend to owners to move any wood furniture from the rooms. Our dining chairs and antique small tables have what looks to be water marks about 2 inches up the legs. Also, the vacuum hose left blue marks on the walls where it bent around them. The carpets smelled great while Rot was here and he got to a of dirt out but that evening we noticed a musty smell and by morning it was a pure dirty water smell. Not sure how to deal with that. Nerve it was out filthy carpet, maybe it was too much water left in it but carpets didn't feel wet by then.
The gentleman that came out to clean my carpets was just wonderful & did a great job.
His name is Lawrence & I will request for him to come again to clean my floors & tile.
Prompt, polite, thorough
Your technicians are always very polite and able to complete the job in a reasonable amount of time. I like that there are no soaps used and the high power hot water cleans beautifully and spots do not reappear in a few weeks. We have told many friends about your service and how wonderful it is, many have booked your service and were very pleased as well.

I guess I was expecting more from all the hype on K-Luv. My carpets weren't that dirty even though they have been down for 7 years but with no pets and only person living there the carpets weren't spotted or stained so I don't know how Zerorez would work on stains.

Our technician was very professional and very quick. In fact, he was so quick, I think I would have felt better if he had taken a little longer! Carpets dried quickly and, so far, none of the stains have come back up.
Our carpets looked very nice after they were cleaned.

The Zerorez process did an excellent job on restoring several White carpet logos for the Fashion show. The Account Manager was ready to have them remade, but I suggested your service which saved the cost in the end. Very pleased with the process & technician.

For some reason the cord that was running from the van into our house killed the area of grass it was laying on.
I thought Joe and Oscar were very polite and professional. Seemed to do a nice job. First, I didn't like not having a printed copy of my charges, had to look on Joe's phone to read, I am a visual processor, and it's difficult to read such a large invoice while someone else is holding their phone. I understand knew technology, but my bill was very large and then had 2 duplicate charges and I only caught one at that time. I think we should be given a written copy if desired.
Second, if your going to clean an area rug, maybe u should put plastic underneath so that u can clean down to the bottom of it, or at least inform the customer, that it is only a surface clean ahead of time and let us know exactly how deep the cleaning will go and let us make an informed decision. Third, the tile and grout cleaning was excellent, but the sealant took over 16 hours to dry on half of my floor, when I was told ~45 minutes. I think maybe it went on too thickly in those areas. I will need a few more days to decide if I like the sealant on the thicker areas. It has dried splotchy in those areas, but has gotten a little better, or I'm more used to it. I will probably still use Zerorez again, depending how the sealant works out and how well the carpets stay fresh. And if my area rug doesn't smell. I have already been offered a $25 credit on my next cleaning, which will help a little. Maybe it's normal, but it seemed very costly to me when you add in the tile.

Service men are always efficient, polite and informative. Zero Rez cleaner is also good.
On time, do a good job, my carpets stay clean longer than with other companies, nice technicians, uniformed employees.

During a previous phone request for service, the phone attendant, Edwin, was very rude and unprofessional. We'd referred many peopke over the last 8 years in both TX and UT. I'd referred my parents to have their entire housewide carpet stretched and cleaned. It totalled over $1400. The tech who provided the estimate advised me we would receive a referral fee of $50 by check in the mail for referring them. At the conclusion of the cleaning and stretching, My husband and I surprised my parents by paying their bill. We have our carpets cleaned every 3-4 months, so when I called a couple of months later, I suggested they just apply the referral fee as it had not arrived via mail. Edwin was rude and condescending when he said no referral would be made because we paid for the work.We had not requested a referral but were offered it by the tech. Edwin made several unprofessional comments ant referred us to the manager. Tge manager was unavailable for my husband's calls. When my husband took time from his schedule to write and send an email detailing the experience, it was ignored or otherwise went unanswered. We still opted to call and schedule an appointment recently wherein the tech, Paul, provided exceptional customer service.

Always wear show coverings in the customer's house. Our guy did and I appreciated it.

Promptness on appointment time. Minimum wait time to use area again after service is complete.

They cleaned a rug and when we went to move it into the house it was full of sand or something like it. I called and someone name Pat Caszer said she would call me to set up apponitment. They wanted to do it for Wednesday I told them, I couldn't do it then but I could do it on Saturday. I called back last week talked to a young man. He said he would let me talk to a supervisor. But he ws going into a meeting and would have him call me.(Didn't get his Name) Which I never received a call. Then I get a call on Monday saying I needed to comfirm my appointnment for this Wednesday which is tomorrow. My rug have been outside all this time due to being full of sand or something.
It has be raining so I'm sure it's ruined now. So now I have to replace a $250.00 rug that cost me $60.00 to be cleaned that wasn't. So you ask me if I would recommend Zerorez to a fiend I don't think that is going to happen.
