I think he pricing isn't very clear, I feel like it's overpriced
There were a couple of areas that weren't completely resolved, but otherwise we are very pleased
Your rep was very nice and helped move our furniture. We had to put it back by our selves and for Sr. citizens that can be a problem. Others that have cleaned our carpets had 2 people that handled the furniture and put it back with something under the legs so it wouldn't spot the carpet.
Technicians. Results.
I like that my carpets aren't soaking wet and they smell clean and look clean for a long time.

I would like to see the technician to take the initiative and ask questions about expectations. I went to a different part of the house while the cleaning was being done. When he told me he was done I noticed that the floor was only cleaned around the furniture. When I asked to have 4 rooms and a hall cleaned, I expected that the whole room would be cleaned not just around the furniture.
I like the method that was used to clean my carpet.It really got old stains out
Nothing in my opinion. The service was fast and very good.
I was given an estimate of $130 on the phone after discussing with the lovely woman on the phone what we were dealing with. 3 bedroom special for $99, $10 for the hallway, and roughly $20 for a couple of spots in another room. When the man arrived, he inspected everything and said he would give me a better deal and such and such. The "smell" treatment for the pet accident (which I discussed on the phone...) was $150! What?! How did my total go from $130 to $290? I didn't even receive a receipt. To add, the room smells more like urine. It was one spot on the carpet, I am unimpressed with the $150 treatment I paid for. The other rooms look fine and were as expected.

left message on monday, didn't even get a call back tuesday are wednesday to address problem.
Problems: 1. Tec didn't make the 1st appointment I had scheduled. I had to reschedule which meant my carpets weren't cleaned before my family's arrival to town.
2. At rescheduled appointment, Tec did a HORRIBLE job of cleaning. He really didn't clean much at all. On top of that he didn't sound like he really knew what he was talking about.
3. I had to wait another 4 days for your Master Tec/Supervisor "Tom" to come out.
He ended up re-cleaning everything and did a great job.
I'm still upset from the combination of all the negative things that I experienced. On top of all that, I still paid almost $200 for a small 1 bedroom apartment to be cleaned which wasn't even in bad shape to begin with.

The guy was not friendly. Told us our house smelled bad. Did a pet treatment that I had had done the last time they came with not a noticable difference. If I had been home I would have said we did not want it.
I had left my spot remover bottle that I purchased out on the table with NOTHING else on the table so that I'd get my refill, but it did not happen.
I had a heavily soiled high traffic area on my carpet and it did not come clean. Tech said that he couldn't get the dirt out. Said there was oil on the carpet but I know there was no oil. I'm the only person in the household, no pets and I've never had oil on my shoes. I asked him to go over the area again and he did but only sprayed some on it and then sucked up the water. Didn't offer to use any special cleaner etc. He was very polite. I find it odd that he had booties over his shoes but walked outside with the booties on several times and came back in with the same booties. It was a rainy day and what was he tracking in on those booties?
Professional service tech and they did a really nice job on my carpets
The technician was very knowledgeable and customer oriented. He would not leave until we were 100% satisfied. Overall, very pleased with zerorez. Will definitely call them for all my carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.
The representative was knowledgeable and courteous. I waited until the next day to inspect the service and was very pleased. My carpet looked very clean and brighter.

A supposed $99 deal became $400 really quick. The pet smell is still here, inspite of the "flooding" technique. It is still wiping up on a paper towel.

Confirm appointments. I had to call in twice, once I left a message on Sunday, and then on the day of service. The email notification is great but it said the appoinyment was not confirmed. This needs work.
Tech left a mess on the entry floor... Quoted something higher for another services but then before he left he offered to do it less.... A little late.

Your employee was pleasant and informative.....our rug is 21 years old and unfortunately
a few spots stayed, but most likely that was due to the age of our rugs.......But, overall the rugs look just fine and we are sure.....much cleaner.
