The carpets look great and smell great. The young man that came, was very polite and courteous.
The did an excellent job cleaning my very dirty carpets. The workers were friendly and explaned everything they were doing.

Carpet is in need of replacement but he spent a total of 20 minutes for 3 rooms. Never seen anyone go that fast over carpet and it shows . I guess that's what you get when your the last one on the list for the day.

300$ charge for a pet treatment that was not effective is unacceptable to me. I would accept at least a refund of half my payment to rectify the problem.
Great service & on time
I am very pleased with the carpet cleaning job done by ZeroRez. The technician was polite and helped move two chairs for us. The carpets came out clean and he even was able to get a dark stain line from the AC out of the small closet in one of the front bedrooms. I will probably use Zerorez again.
That the men are well trained, timely and care about what they are doing! I like the fact that Zerorez uses no chemicals. I have my carpets done ever 6 months and they always look good!!

Appt making was easy and phone rep was very accommodating to my schedule. I was called 30 min prior to tech arrival, he was on time, very polite and easy to talk to, did his job quickly and efficiently. I was grateful for both of their services and I was very happy with my clean carpets. Thanks

Luis did a very thorough job in cleaning our floors. He answered our questions about the protectant for the carpet. He did an outstanding job.
OMG...I can't even start to tell you how disapointed I am in your service and especially in your Customer Service, if you want to call it that. I called to tell you that my floors were still spotted and that I did not appreciate the $60 for EACH room to be spot treated. That is so rediculous. That is why I had your service out was to clean and see if I like what you did. What was to be only a SPECIAL $99 service for 3 rooms turned into over $300!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE. And I was not pleased with how the carpet even looks. I was put on hold twice for over 5 minutes and then told that no supervisor was available that I would be called back and led to believe that some sort of restitution. I did not want all of my money back but did think that a discount would be given since it was still dirt in front of the door going outside. The last young man got Very defensive and rude to me on the phone then hung up. He accused me of talking down to him! He was very disrespectful. He before he abruptly hung up he said someone would call. Needless to say, no one has called. I do plan to turn in my report to the BBB not that you apparently care.

The technician Paul was excellent. Very professional, friendly and hardworking. I did pay extra for a pet treatment and although the oder is gone I was dissapointed that some stains are still visible. I have used Chemdry in the past and ironically they removed the stains but not the odor.
Professional reps and end product is unmatched.
I like the fact that they cleaned with hot water...no soap residue!

The no residue concept is what I needed exactly. Fabian and Charles did an excellent job, were very professional, and educated me along the whole way of the process. I still have a problem with odor in the closet. I ripped up the carpet in closet and smell still there but dont know if it is adjoining carpet from the bedroom or something else in closet. Discovered crawl space in closet floor to area below house. Could you schedule Fabian and Charles to come back to look at it and help me determine if carpet needs more care or what next step I need to take? Thank you so much! Need Saturday appt.
