not smelly and dries fast
The floors get clean and there is no harmful smells.
Did not call before showing up, didn't move and clean under two recliners, stacked two chairs on my treadmill, one an office chair on wheels, left every light on, left front door open while waiting for me to return, several small things were not move or cleaned under including a waste basket and an end table.

Service was great, but once my carpets dried (and yes they were enzymed) their is still a pet urine smell coming from the carpets. The tech complimented me on how clean my house was and said that he was so glad my carpets were not saturated, so I am not a homeowner that let's things get that bad.

Instead of it taking the 4 to 6 hours to dry, there were places i.e. in my small hallways that took over 24 hours to completely dry and that was with a fan blowing on the area. I don't know how this could be improved.
You ads do not mention a $10 "fuel" charge. This is false advertising and illegal. Stop playing around and just put it in you price. $10 for fuel as your engine has to run during a service call is just a silly excuse.
The tech was dressed in a professional manner and went right to work. He gave me the price that it would cost to clean my carpets and after the cleaning, told me of the spots he couldn't get out because of the age of the carpet/or spot. We are pleased with way the carpets look and now feel more comfortable walking on them (with our shoes off ofcourse).

What I don't like is that no matter what time I request I never get it even though I book two weeks ahead. I own a large maid service and I give people the time they request. (Time window.). This is the only thing that frustrates me. Because carpets stay wet for hours it would be great if you started cleaning at 8:00 or even earlier. It's frustrating to not be able to sit in your living room in the evening because there's no furniture in there.
However I still recommend you all the time.
