Great customer service, friendly and respectful techs, carpets are clean.
Your cleaning employee was polite, extremely thorough, and willing to give extra time and attention as necessary to particularly stubborn spots and high-traffic areas. I also appreciated that he didn't rush the job or leave the carpets soaking wet.
I like the follow up via the emails; I like the request for feedback; I like the courtesy and respect Miguel demonstrated during the performing of the service; and, I like the sound of the environmentally friendly approach of using the "empowered water" to clean the carpets. It has only been one week and because the carpets are all freshly cleaned, I am very interested to see what they look like (soil resurfacing) after 10 days of regular wear and tear on them. I will keep you posted as too little time has passed. I do have some other comments to make but request a service manager to contact me. My information is in the file. I have a few spots and one stain left. I also have a small patch of grass next to the curb outside that is now gray, yes gray. Not brown like it died from natural causes. There is someone coming later this week to evaluate both situations.

Your specialists went above and beyond to show me the cleaning process and spent extra time in areas that needed special attention. Plus, I can't believe we had to argue over the price once the guy that cleaned the carpet got to my house. We had an agreed upon price before he came. Since your company misunderstood what I was wanting, I think you should have honored the price we originally agreed upon which was $119. I did add $20 for a rug to be cleaned, but your company ended up charge me around $175. That is way too high for my size home. I've read a lot of comments from people on the web stating they had the same pricing problem with your company. The last thing I'm unhappy about is the guy that cleaned my house did not move my recliners in the living room (they're in the middle of the living room) and clean underneath them. He was unhappy about the pricing problem and didn't seem to care. My home is only 1350 sq. feet.

Great communication, fast easy appt, good value. Able to get tough adhesive out of new carpet in several rooms.
Your technician was so good and efficient. Just using steam and hydrogen peroxide with water cleaned our carpets beautifully. Our neighbors are going to use Zerorez, too.
The representative was on-time and did the work well and quickly. The carpet looked good and did not show any residue.

I was not at home to see how your cleaning process works but when i arrived home from work that day, my carpets looked and smelled fabulous. I was very impressed even though it cost me quite a bit more than i had planned on spending.
