Technician was really pushing the sanitizing treatment for a few drops of pet urine that we could see with the black light. I told him we were not interested, and he insisted he was not trying to sell me something I did not want, but it was going to smell terrible after he used his high pressure steam. It was really going to bring up the smell. I told him multiple times I did not want it. And guess what, there was no smell. It was only a few drops of urine. I guess if you need it, an extra 60 dollars on top of $45 to clean the room is worth it, but we didn't need it
