I like the fact that you use a natural method to clean our carpets. Your Tech's have aways been well informed and consciences.Paul and Gabriel where young but very good. Words cannot even begin to describe and express my overall and complete dissatisfaction with Zerorez's services that were rendered to our home on Thursday,
May 29, 2014.

Here are a few of the pictures of our damaged household possessions from your service technician who dipped and scraped his blood and sweat on our bedding, clothing, carpet, furniture, walls, hardwood floors, granite and kitchen sink while cleaning every carpeted area in our home.

There is also chipped paint as well as dents with blue paint in our walls especially on our stairway from your service technician's equipment. We also have several scratches on our hardwood floor from the equipment scrapping and scratching this surface.

This was our first time to use Zerorez's services and will be the last. The services your technician and Zerorez provided to our home was completely unacceptable not to mention a health hazardous issue to our complete home and health of our family.

I am asking Zerorez to apply a complete refund to our account along with the replacement cost for our damaged bedding, clothing, furniture, carpet, hardwood floors and walls for this disastrous circumstance that occurred in our home.

We were planning for my daughter sleepover birthday party and the amount of mess and stress your company provided to our home and family is inexcusable.

Did not clean rooms thoroughly, missed rooms, children were sleeping. Need to give customer a better timing whether in morning or evening one day prior to showing up. I was told you would be coming in the afternoon. Need to lay floor covering to protect customers other floors from water damage from leaking long blue hoses. Did not receive an invoice for services rendered (paid in cash).

Cleaning techs were on time an did a great job. My estimate was the same price I paid.

Worker was late and did a rushed job. I feel like I could have done as good of a job on my own.

Everything! Keith was here this past Saturday to try to clean up the bright red nail polish I had accidentally spilled all over the place. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable of his work. I know he felt bad that he couldn't get out all of the polish, but he did an excellent job with what he had to work with. It was not his fault, it was mine, as I created a very bad mess that was impossible to clean! He was able to significantly improve the looks of the spill, and at least it no longer looks like a murder scene in my den :) I will look into having insurance replace the carpet. My very old and abused carpets are like new again. Unbelievable!

First...the service Rep was very nice. I was extremely honest and detailed to the person I spoke to on the phone telling them I had a LARGE family room and that I had 3 known pet areas that would need treated. She gave me a quote that included (1)$60 fee for pet treatment...(not letting me know that it was 60 per stain)...and she did not include an oversize additional charge for the family room (which is "why" I specifically told her was a large room). The quote was around $300...my actual bill was $750.

AND...I still have stains (not pet related...believe is Coke...amongst others)that did not come up.

A person who came for estimate was somewhat sarcastic when I told him I want to compare rates with other companies. He sounded very knowledgeable and professional though.

There was a little misunderstanding about what was covered in the price of the Jody Dean special. I understood that it was 3 rooms and the hall. When the tech arrived, he explained that the hallway was extra. Not a big deal, but I was pretty sure I was clear when I made the appointment that I expected the hall to be included. I call the Zerorez office will the tech (Adil) was still there and I received great customer service (Tosha? I believe). She was able to modify the pricing to reflect a new special that save me some money. I really appreciate the effort she gave. Because of that, you have a customer for life. Carpets look great; Adil was courteous and efficient. He also did our area rug at a great price. THANK YOU!
