Normally, I get a really great cleaning and a good education about how to care for my carpet.
The men who actually cleaned our carpet were wonderful. They were very courteous and professional, and we are pleased with the job they did. I am very dis-satisfied with the scheduling!
Too expensive to get the couch cleaned, missed some other stains
Provide written estimate ahead of time. Service person quoted us different price than what was given over the phone. We had to call office to resolve. Also, several times we called we had to leave a message.

Great work although 2 stains need more time spent on them. Crew worked way to fast. Need to have them come back and finish the job. They finished in less than an hour.
My final bill was around $166. Much more than the advertised special. When I called, the special was $79 or $99, I can't remember. Additionally, while looking up the phone number online, I found an advertised price of $99 for four rooms. There was no discussion about the price, but when the young man returned, he handed me the bill for $166 and he asked for a Check, too; much to my dismay.
I attributed the experience as a learning one and If you or any other service ever comes out, I'm going to have whomever, give me a quote BEFORE the job is done, or I'll send them away. Another thing, $10 gas fee? That is also REDICULOUS!
