I love the ZEROREZ system and the technicians are always very good at their job. I am scoring a ten for the technician only. I was recently called about an email I had sent in weeks earlier over some customer service concerns. I was offered two 50 dollar credits that would be available on my account for my next two cleanings. Upon receiving service a credit was not available. Please do not offer something and not follow through, it is embarrassing to bring it up with the technician and it doesn't show in the system. I was told I should call customer service to sort it out.
I am sharing this as a courtesy so you may continue to improve your systems. If you do put the credit on my account that would be nice. If you don"t that's OK, I do not wish to feel like a beggar or be further disappointed in a product I like. With this in mind please do not offer any type of incentives if you do not intend to follow through.

They work. Thomas Moody was amazing. I was amazed by his customer service, friendliness, and exceptional knowledge. I was also impressed with how well he cleaned the carpet.
Smell was worse than before it was cleaned. Randy did a good job and it looked good when he was there but as it dried, it had a funny smell and stains are coming back.
Product works well and technicians seem very knowledgeable and professional.
I liked the employee that was sent to our house to give us an estimate on your services. He was very informative and explained the cleaning process well. I think his name was David. He told me but my memory fails me! My bad. We are going to try your service and hope it works.

Stains were not removed. I had gone with another carpet guy for another part of the house 3 weeks before zerorez, he left our dirty rooms spotless. I used your company because of the promotional rate, hoping to save some money for the remainder of the house. The quality was less. Sorry, won't use you guys again, the other carpet guy charged a touch more and did a better job.

Your dispatcher did not make any attempt to contact me to say work was completed, the technician did not follow directions I gave when I set up the appointment. I was grossly under quoted as well. I was quoted 125 dollars and was charged 199. I feel that I should not pay the full price seeing as how I had to chase answers for my questions as to why I hadn't been notified about any issues.

The end result was good, and your two representatives were polite and nice, but I don't recall anyone advising me that I'd need to move any and all furniture prior to your team doing its work. As a consequence, I had to ask them to help me move some pieces of furniture, which I gather is outside their normal responsibilities. Because I spent more than $700 on the cleaning, it bothered me to know that the carpets under most of my furniture weren't cleaned.
We didn't feel the tech took enough time to clean the carpet thoroughly. The tech was very pleasant.
I'm not sure...if it's the process or the fact the carpets cleaned were 3+ years old, and this was their first professional cleaning. There is NO softness left in the carpet; it most certainly is a lot cleaner than it was, but we were surprised to feel the carpet was kind of "harsh" to the touch.

Your service was prompt and completed in a timely manner. Cesar was very informative when asked any questions. The price was fairly reasonable and I like that we will receive the addition incentive of four free Hawaiian Falls tickets as part of your May package. We will use Zerorez again!

I had terrible pet stains on my carpet, Tracey said

To the service so I would not have the smell and get rid of the stains better. So I added the service. To my dismay I still have stains and the smell. I paid 751.00 to get rid of the stains but still have them. It's better but not 751.00 better. I wished I would have done it myself and saved the money.
It was good work, affordable and a very pleasant experience. I will definitely use this service again in the future.
