I was not 100% this time With my carpet clean. Last time the guy used the brush before. He showed me how much dirt was in the carpet, and then he used the machine to cleaned it was nice. The tech did his job, but as customer I was not satisfy this time thank you. Regards. Name removed

We have used your company for four or five years. We have always been pleased with the service and the men that performed the service.
Good selection
The technicians parked in the driveway and leaked oil causing property damage. Also the cleaning process did not get all of the stains out of the carpet.

When I spoke with the person that made my appt I was not informed that I would be charged $10 for fuel. She asked if I had oversized rooms- I advised no, based on the two previous time Zwerorez had been to my home. Ha Ha. Evidently previous experience is not an indication of what I woudl be charged. This time I was charged an additional $45 for the same room they cleaned two previous times- and now a thrid of it is covered by a rug that was not cleaned. My hall - I was charged by the foot, but told on the phone $20. The hallway was $48. I have two very small dressing areas that open off of my bedroom - there is a doorway but no door- $25 each. I anticipated paying $150 to have your services- I paid almost $300. In addition, you advertise gift cards, etc. I have never rec'd any of them. Shame on you for not deliverign what you promise. The person that set up the appt could not have been nicer. Of course I learned about my bill after hours- left a voice mail - did anyone return my call- absolutely not. When I called back today I was told the one person that could assist with the adjustment on my bill did not come in today. When I asked if you all had received my voice mail, the person I was speaking, literally had her voice tone change to one of indignation- how insulting. I have two other companies that I use routinely, even when they clean my entire house my invoice is not over $200. So when I get a bill for three hundred all I can think of is price gouge. Will you respond to this evaluation - I seriously doubt it. Will you adjust my bill - I woudl be surprised and delighted it you do. Do I think my rugs look better absolutly. Would I have set up the appt based on a quote of $300 NEVER.
I have heard a lot of good things about your service. However I am not very pleased with the cleaning done. It does not live up to the expectations that I had hoped for. There are spots and area that do not look like they were even touched.

Zeroerez was not any different than other carpet cleaning companies. I had in the past. Infact other companies have done better job cleaning the carpet than zerorez.

Oscar Arbelaez, your technician, was the perfect representative of your business. He arrived on time, he introduced himself, looked at the rooms I wanted cleaned, explained the process and then very efficiently, cleaned the carpets. He answered my questions and removed all the equipment quickly. He knows the products and he knows how to deal with the customer's questions. Your technicians are the folks your customers see and deal with and Oscar is an outstanding employee for your company. I will recommend and use your company again because I had such a good experience this first time. I really applaud your company for cleaning carpets in such a healthy way.Your products and cleaning methods are ecologically sound and protect the environment as well as the inhabitants of the house!
I asked Oscar how often I should have the carpets cleaned and he said the recommendation is every 18 months. WOW!!! My carpet is 7 years old and never been cleaned. Be sure that I will contact Zerorez in 18 months and have Oscar come clean again!
