GREAT SERVICE
U saved my carpets.
Tracy Williams was the technician who came out. He was professional, friendly and very efficient. The carpets in our home are thirteen years old and had never been professionably cleaned before. I was amazed when I saw how clean they were after Tracy had finished. We were sure we would have to replace the carpets soon, but they are good for quite a few more years now.

Best carpet cleaning service ever! Dries quickly, no smell, leaves carpets VERY clean, and the staff is professional and friendly.
After the technician left, I had noticed that he had been pouring chemicals out and then that area a couple days later was dead on my lawn. You can even still smell the carpet cleaning chemicals on my grass.
I like the fact they there are no harmful chemicals used in my home.

Zerorez got out all stains when they came out before this past week. I really liked Dan who did the work, he is very courteous, kind, and helpful, but there are LOTS of stains that are still left. The person I talked to on the phone said any furniture under 50 pounds would be moved. I guess I misunderstood what moving means. Dan sprayed something on to pretreat and that part of the carpet in another color than the rest. Please will you call me to remedy this. Thank you, Name removed Phone number removed I will not be a customer if you do not fix this.

My service technician was very informative
The lack of left over soap residue is definetly the bes. I liked the scheduling process and how you keep the customer up to date with a window and phone calls if changes to the window are occurring. Very professional with excellent equipment and good looking vans. Some carpet cleaners vans are junk!
