What could we do to improve?

We were moving in to a new property that had dog hair and smell in the carpet. The next day there was still traces of hair and the smell was still there and this was really new carpet. I'm not sure it cleaned good enough and maybe should have been gone over a second time. I think that there should have been a deoderizer used as well. I also had my tile done to seal the grout so we'll see how that works out but I'm really not sure what differentiates you from the competition. The guy you sent out was very good, we are just questioning the results.

There was a problem with the equipment and our service tech had to reschedule for another day making me have to rearrange schedules. I don't blame the tech but whoever is responsible for the equipment.

Very expensive. Paid for a lot of pet treatments (topical and flash) and some spots still smell. Feel like my money was wasted.

I have tried several different carpet cleaning companies and this by far gets my carpets the most clean. I can tell that there is no residue and they dry quickly. The customer service is great. Sometimes they are a little late!

We had one area near the door opening of our master bedroom that still looked a little dark possibly with dirt. But other than that area the carpets and rugs looked great.

Had follow up last week from the cleaning that was performed on 5/27. Your representative (Tom) reviewed the work that was done and determined that the pet treatment I received had been grossly underestimated by the technician that performed the cleaning. Tom's assessment was that the cost to perform the cleaning would merit a decision to replace the carpet rather than clean it. He requested that I be given a complete refund as my agreement to have the service performed would have been different with an accurate understanding of the cost involved. I am awaiting your confirmation that I will be refunded the original cost of the pet treatment. I felt your representative Tom was very courteous and knowledgeable.

Not be in such of a hurry . My rug is already appearing in need of treatment after only two weeks . This includes my being gone five days of the 14 and after being sold a special treatment that was to protect the carpet. This only applies to the den and kitchen area . I have used your company exclusive to all others but this last treatment left a lot to be desired

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Streaks and spots looking like puddles of dirty water left, especially near the doorways. A dirty mark left after the last cleaning still evident. The technician gets a good score for his courtesy and promptness. The spots mentioned above began appearing as the carpet dried.

I have been sold on Zerorez since my other cleaning experience, when your technician backed into my garage. The company was very quick and gracious about the repair, and it was well done.

My carpet is old and needs replacing, I know, but the old spots don't reappear after cleaning for a few weeks. These are new spots.
