We had a rough start, but after getting my situation cleared up with Management.
I was pleasantly surprised with the actions of the crew that came to clean my carpets.
Professionalism
My first cleaning, the spots came back even though I explained to the tech that it was oil base mayonaise cole slaw that was dropped on the carpet, so he should treat it as such. The second tech said he use a pre-treatment for oil base and went over the spots several times. So far in 2 days I don't see the spots, but will notify you if they do come back. I had my tile cleaned and it looks great, makes the kitchen and baths shine. Very friendly and courteous service.
I loved the carpet cleaning results, so thought we would try the tile/grout service. The technician told my husband (I wasn't home)that it might not make any difference in our particular situation--our white grout was never sealed, so had turned rather grayish--He was right. When I got home, I could not tell the difference.
Since the treatment last week, we have purchased grout "pens" and have colored almost all the grout in that bathroom. So, at least I now have white grout to go with my stark white tile!

Tracey was very polite and friendly and did a great job cleaning our rug.
The rug had some pet urine and a strong sander smell that didn't entirely come out.

the job was well done but the pet product at 75.00 per gal seemed very expensive.

I still have spots on my carpet and it did not smell fresh. I am not real excited at the fact that I feel like my carpet looks older now that you cleaned it than it did before and it is not even 2 years old and is one of the highest of quality Stain Master Carpets on the market. It needs to be redone and better than it is now. :(
The guys were nice guys. The experience started with bait and switch. Mark Davis is the reason I used your firm. He says good things. I had called in to get the 3 rooms and a hallway for 99 dollars...that is what Mark sold on your behalf. It was not available so I went with the 4 rooms (3 bedrooms and a hallway) for 29 dollars a room. Then if I wanted to take out the pet stains I had to pay an additional 60 dollars? The reason I wanted to do the carpets was for pet stains? I would think that would be one of the normal procedures that are provided? Anyway, when the guys left after about 20 minutes my bill was $179 dollars? And I still have a few areas that did not get the proper attention. The carpet looks better but it truly looks like a kid vacuumed a room in 2 minutes. There was no attention to detail and the quality of the results is far from the story Mark Davis tells on 660am. Not only will I not be recommending your firm but I personally will never use you again.
The most recent visit was not disappointing. Thomas was very informative, and was successful in removing a few recent pet stains from our carpet. However, Thomas shared information on this visit that would have been critical in my first encounter with Zerorez in terms of deciding how to choose the very costly services that were provided. If I had the information that Thomas provided on his service recovery visit, I would have absolutely not elected to have costly service provided which ultimately ended up being unneeded. The price advertised ended up being over 3 times more expensive due to the technicians up selling during their service visit. But, the up selling did not come with education. Lesson learned the hard (and very expensive) way.
The technician did four rooms for me and I watched as he worked. He raced through every room. In the largest room he probably wasn't in there ten minutes. After applying the hot water treatment, when he vacuumed, he worked so fast that he left triangle shaped spots between each stroke, as he worked in an arc. So, in other words there were small sections that really didn't get the water vacuumed back up. He raced from room to room, and was out of here in what seemed like 25 minutes, seldom using his spot sprayer bottle, even in high traffic areas. When it was all dry, it didn't look much better in our family room. I was so highly pleased the first time I used your service over a year ago, I bragged to everyone about your great job. But this time I was very disappointed.
I really liked the clean smell of the water used. It even got rid of the paint smell!!
(1) Make sure the technician is properly trained, (2) give a heads up if the appointment window is changing - don't wait until the technician arrives at the destination to call to say that the technician is ahead of schedule by 2-3 hours. This results in having to reschedule which can be very frustrating.
There is no harsh chemical odor, carpets feel soft and clean, technician is efficient and courteous.
Paul was professional, respectful and provided quality service. We had a few spots that were soiled due to being high traffic areas. He evaluated these dirty areas and removed the dirt with dispatch. He should be training others because he was so respectful to us as customers that we will DEFINITELY call Zerorez the net time.

Punctual Technician was very cordial and informative
The ad says $99 but it's really $109 because of some surcharge (it should be advertised as such in bold). then, when I explained that I wanted my carpet cleaned due to pet urine, it was an additonal $100+. The extra treatment was a spray chemical and literally took an extra 5-10 minutes to apply. So, I thought I was spending less than $100 and spent over $200 as a result of all the charges and extras. Seems like bait and switch.
To make it right, maybe a coupon for an additional treatment.

The service technician, Oscar, was very professional and very courteous. The carpets look beautiful and I feel good now about my 1 year old granddaughter crawling and being on the floors! And a very reasonable price!

The fact that you don't use harmful chemicals
Great results. Our 20 year-old carpet looks almost new.
Be more timely; I was disappointed he couldn't get all the stains out.
