Our service tech was very knowledgable and helpful. He arrived on time and our carpets were clean and dry enough to walk on by that evening. Zerorez was recommended to me and I have since recommended your services.

Disappointed in every single way possible. My carpets were not clean when they were finished. You charge too much for a service that doesn't do half the job that shampooing a carpet for $50 on a rental would do. No I would not recommend you to a friend especially after talking to friends who said I should've talk to them first before going with your company. You guys did set up a date for someone else to come back out here but I am going to be calling to cancel that because I would not like for you guys to ever come out to my house again.

Normally, the carpet and especially all the walkways are as clean as the other parts of the carpet.
Carpets look new after they've been cleaned
I was quoted a price of $30 per room when I scheduled service. No questions were asked about whether I had a pet. The price jumped to $90 per room when the serviceman used his little light. Your company came highly recommended so I thought you would not pull the same bait and switch as most carpet cleaning companies. I made the mistake, when scheduling, to express i was in a bit of an emergency situation so I guess I set myself up for this. If the situation were different, I would have just refused service. It would seem that it might be a good policy change to simply ask new customers if they have a pet and give advance warning as to the $60 per room charge. I find it VERY hard to justify such a charge in terms if labor or material. The job was completed in less time than quoted prior to knowledge of the need for treating per stains. I will never use or recommend your company. In fact, I have shared with many my negative experience.

We still have lots of spots that did not come out when you cleaned the carpets. It took 10-12 hours for our carpets to dry. The price doubled from what we were quoted. We were NOT very happy with the job that was done.

Serviceman just unhooked our water hose at his truck and left it strung out across the front yard rather than putting it back on the hook by the house where he found it.
I never received my water park tickets and you customer service keeps tellming me they'll send but never receive. I called again this morning and I just tried calling again and put on hold.

The process of using water and not a lot of chemicals is a definite plus. The technician, Cesar, was very efficient and knowledgeable.

I love that my carpets are clean and smell clean. They don't smell like fragrances, just clean. Jaime was very friendly and did a wonderful job!
The carpets were very clean after the service. Manuel showed up on time and was very friendly.
There was a mix up on appt times, and I was not informed of the $10.00 fuel charge. That wasn't mentioned when the appt was made. On the other hand, the tech Tracy was polite and courteous and on time.
I feel completely ripped off. I had 2 rooms cleaned for $90 and then was charged another $181.50 to have a rug cleaned. The rug is round and I was charged for a square rug, thus I paid to have corners cleaned that do not exist. The two rooms that were cleaned do not look clean at all in the high traffic areas and the urine smell on the rug that was cleaned is overwhelming. The cleaning made the smell come out and I may have to get rid of the rug after spending $181.50 to have it cleaned. I understand being a paperless company, but do not agree with not being presented with an itemized invoice at the time of service. I was not informed of the $10 fuel charge when I made the appointment. The great deals that are advertised seem to be for advertising only. I ended up paying much more that I would have ever anticipated for what has ended up to be a very poor job.
