the quick dry process.
I like that the product is natural and that it smells okay. The gentleman that came and cleaned our carpets was wonderful. He was informative, respectful and courteous both on the phone and in person.
A landscape light was damaged when tech was packing up. I got the 4 room special, heard on 105.3 that I was supposed to get a $50 gift card, but never got a gift card.
There are still lingering stains.
After twenty years I finally got my carpets cleaned the way they should be. Best ever. I am so happy with the results.

This is my second attempt to use your company. The very first time I used your company was a couple of years ago. I scheduled to have my sofa cleaned. The day of my cleaning I had a death in the family. The tech that called me to confirm was very rude to me when I told him I needed to cancel. willing to give the company another chance, I moved into my first home on Monday and needed my bedroom carpet cleaned. The tech told me that he could put a solution on the carpet to get rid of the urine smell and stains in the carpet. Not only did it take the carpet longer than 24 hrs to dry but once it was less wet (still damp, though) I noticed the carpet was still stained and you could still see the yellow tint of urine throughout the room. I called to speak with someone and the representative that I spoke with told me that no one could come back until June 20. That's more than a week away. This was really hard to believe because I called to schedule the initial cleaning and someone came out the same day. I guess the company doesn't value existing customers or is in no hurry to make things right after misleading customers on results.
First of all, the appearance of my carpets and second and most important, the long lasting clean that I get from the process. And it is so easy to keep them clean.
The results are stunning and the "green" factor is a bonus.
No chemicals and no soapy residue
There is none to compare with your services and product. We have used other carpet cleaning services. Yours is always, far better than any of the others. We only use Zerorez now.

They did an excellent job of cleaning my carpets and getting rid of Pet Urine stains and smell
Accidents, I suppose are part of the job, eventhough, I'd not had one before this particular carpet cleaner came out. He broke an upstairs wall-hanging clock, and adjusted the bill to cover replscing it. However, the remaining carpet was not cleaned as thoroughly as in previous times. I am considering calling to have the are re-cleaned.

The last two times cleaning the rate has been extremely high. We did have some stains but, with the added cost of stain remover we are considering other carpet cleaners.
