My appointment was from 4-6 after 6 no show no calls. I called multiple times. Tech showed up after 7:00pm. That's is poor customer service

When you first started you said there wasn't a spot you couldn't remove. Now it's hard to get the the Zerorez personnel to even try. He did not even ask if I wanted to go to the next level with two spots I had from planters.
