I appreciated the quick response, after I had requested an appointment. I also really liked the representative that came out to do the cleaning. Austin was very knowledgeable about the products and services that Zerorez offered and he was very personable also. I will definately recommend Zerorez to my friends and relatives. The cleaner was not thorough enough. We still have spots on the carpet.

The technician Chris was top notch. My problem was with the booking. When I received the final bill (visual), it was more than I expected.When I booked the cleaning, I was told it was 4 rooms at $29.99 per room; but with the current special I could add a 5th room. I wasn't told the 5th room wasn't included. It too was $29.99. It should have been included, since I paid $50.00 for the hallway alone.

Hopefully we will be able to get back to 100% satisfaction. We have been out of town this week, and so maybe I missed a call from Kim or Kate (I am not sure of her name). We are waiting to hear how the problem with the chipped bathtub will be resolved and if she has spoken to both Kyle and Ivory to see if they have any information about a very expensive necklace that was missing after their visit.
That it is better for the environment than other carpet cleaners. I feel better about my pets walking on the carpets since no harsh chemicals were used.
Very courteous and did a great job.
We were supposed to get a free 10 X 10 tile room done free and the technician didn't do that. Our living room carpet still has a very bad pet odor to it. The technician said he forgot to turn the water nozzle on when he was cleaning. We got a call earlier that day saying our technician would be late, which was fine, but it was 7 p.m. on a Friday evening and you could tell he just wanted to get out of there.
Carpet feels like it is brand new and oh so good on your feet! No reside at all is ever detected after the Zerorez cleaning.
Carpets look nice...didn't try to sell me more with pressure.
