I really like the fact that there are no chemicals used in your cleaning process. After the initial cleaning there were a few spots missed so I called you guys back and you sent another person out to take care of it with no charge.

The carpets are probably clean but the aspect (gray) of the light tan carpet in the high traffic areas is much less than of what I expected. Joe (supervisor) came by and stated that an additional cleaning would not change the 'clean' aspect.
Actually I did recommend you to my mom and brother and they are not 'Raving Fans', too!!!
The technician and the work done on our carpets were outstanding. The communication with your staff about when the technician would be at my house was extremely disappointing. I submitted an email to customer service but have yet to have a call back which makes me believe you are not that interested in customer service.
Show up on time! Every appointment I have had, the technician showed up late, up to 60 minutes past the last hour of the 3 hour window you gave me. Very disrespectful of your customers' time. You need to incorporate a more accurate estimate of how long jobs take. My last visit was an empty house, no furniture to move at all, but it took him 4.5 hours to complete (and he was apparently told it would take 2-2.5 hours.) He did a great job and worked hard the entire time, but it was obvious the time frames you have for jobs are unrealistic. So every appointment during the day gets later and later, because of the previous appointments running late. I tolerate that from my doctor, but not from my carpet cleaners.

Better tile cleaning. I just had a bad experience but my carpet cleaning was great. On the tile and grout cleaning, some other providers include baseboard cleaning at no extra cost.

Ok, here is the deal, you guys absolutely have the best cleaning system going..when it's working and when the rep is willing to use it. My last cleaning was light years ahead of the pathetic previous attempt to clean with cold water. One and ONLY one agent (Brandon) actually cleaned my carpet the way it should be done, this last cleaning I had 4 rooms done, and from start to finish it was 30 minutes total cleaning time, 7.5 min a room. I would so love to have you show up, bring in the wand and hose and go sit in the truck and let ME clean my carpet. Now, the last agent did go over the high traffic area at my request better, but I know what a super cleaning your working equipment is actually capable of and just hate seeing it not used to it's full potential.
Allergy friendly, child friendly
The carpets are not clean. The furniture was not moved in the one room where it was cleaned. The couch, chair and ottoman, which was the reason for the call are not clean and the guy told me it was because of a water proofing put on by the place I bought them. I tracked them down and they sent me what had been used on the furniture and assured me other cleaning companies had been able to clean with their treatment on. It was too expensive to not be done correctly. I sell real estate and have used your company a couple of times on vacant homes and that worked well. Sad this time was disappointing.
The guy who came really explained everything in detail and did a good job. My carpet looks clean now.
Quick service
When I scheduled the appt, I told them I wanted it stretched and cleaned on the same day. The tech that came first did not have any knowledge of stretching so that was not done. On the invoice I notice that he said the fuel charged was waived for 1st time customer but I was charged for it. The next day they were to send someone out first thing to do the stretching so I wouldn't have to miss more work but they were unable to arrive until 12:00 noon. Ron Self and Luis Rodriguez were very professional and did a great job. They re-cleaned the carpets and I noticed all the steam coming up from the carpet cleaning tool which there was no steam on the first cleaning job. I appreciated the office's attempt to make it right and give me a 25% discount but I ended up missing another whole day at work. I don't believe the technician on the first day was trained that well, although he was very nice. thank you considering my comments.
Most of the carpet came out very clean. There is one stain that did not come out. The price was reasonable and the technician was friendly. I will probably use you again but the cleaning was par with any other carpet company. Nothing special.
simple, no soapy mess
The carpet is not any cleaner than it was before Zerorez arrived. It is nicely raked with little lines running in the same direction, but I don't think any cleaning was done. All of the same dirt, same spots are still there. I took my little Bissel cleaner and went over a few spots and it sucked up a good bit of dirt and removed the spots. I could have done a lot better myself. We only used Zerorez because our Realtor recommended you. We are sorry that we listened to her. She probably gets some kind of kickback. Anyway, it reminded me of the time about 15 years ago when we hire ChemDry to clean some carpet. Their employee put a paper pad on a floor buffer and sprinkled some scented powder on the floor. I asked him where the dirt went and he told me that the chemicals made it "disappear." When he finished, the carpet was all swirled up and looked neat and the house smelled better for a day or so; but the carpet was still filthy. Same deal here, just a scam; fluff up the carpet collect some money and leave. We were also disappointed that you don't move furniture. But I guess it doesn't matter since nothing was cleaned anyway.
