No chemicals used, safe for babies
The fast drying time and how well it removes dirt and grime. My technician was very accommodating and thorough and very pleasant.

my place is barely 600sf. previously Zerorez cleaned it for $99 and then wanted an additional $45 for one extra space, not necessarily a room. Then they wanted an extra $60x4=$240 for pet treatment. when I declined they offered to do it for the cost of only 1 treatment.
Did an amazing job on some tough carpet areas. So pleased!

My main reason for having you out was because of cat urine. After looking on your website, it stated the carpet (top and bottom) plus pad would be cleaned, with guaranteed odor removal. When the technician cane out, he had no idea about that cleaning. I had two options, the soaking and the substance they put over the carpet in that room. So, that was totally not what I was expecting. With that, I spent over $450 and the smell was barely reduced. Also, I had a spot on the stairs that I asked him to try to clean. He mentioned to me he was unable to remove the stain, which I was fine with, and I didn't go look at that stain. What he failed to mention was that he ruined the carpet where the stain was, which I noticed after he left. I would appreciate if someone would call me to discuss how we can fix the ruined carpet and the disappointment in the urine cleaning results and especially what was compared to what is on your site in regards to pet urine. Carpets were very clean when your tech was done. But your pricing is confusing. I called twice before I hired you (months apart) and got pricing that was too high. Then there was a different radio special and it wasn't too high, so I booked. When I told my friends that I used Zerorez and was happy they all said "oh, Zerorez is too expensive". Would love it if you were to institute a loyalty program where you call me every 8 months and come out and clean my carpets for the same price as you did yesterday.

After carpet was cleaned I found 2 different places that after they dried still look like they are dirty, and it makes the carpet look like it was never cleaned. This may be the last time I will use Zerorez to clean my carpets. You have allways did a great job before, but not this time. This was a let down on carpet cleaning!
No soap
Kyle was fabulous ..well they both were!! My guests arrived at my house and asked me if my carpet was recently replaced. AWESOME JOB!! AND NO CHEMICAL SMELL!
Your company falsely advertised goods (tickets to Hawaiian Falls that would be given to customers using your services) that after almost 6 weeks have still not been sent to me. I have called twice about it and have been told that tickets are not available, and that I'm not the only customer that has yet to receive said tickets. If your company can't deliver items offered and promised on the invoice, do not continue to advertise the same promotion on the media such as KRLD.
I will be writing to the Better Business Bureau and posting on Facebook.
