I had him apply the coating that would resist stains...whatever that is called. His demo for the product was convincing. I hope it works half as well on my carpets as it did on his sample carpet!

The two men who did the cleaning were both very cordial and also knowledgeable about your product and service. If I have a complaint it would be with the time given for the service. I was told it would either be 8:30AM or ll:30AM however no one showed at 8:30AM and so I called and was told it would be 9:20AM. I did get a call from the gentlemen that showed up about 9:00AM to tell me they would be there at 9:20AM which is when they arrived. After the carpet dried there are some spots that were missed but overall it was a good job. Elizabeth Last name removed - PS - I was suppose to get a receipt by e-mail for the service and I have not received that as yet so would you please send it for our records.

Zerorez has been to my house twice and my carpet is still stained. If, on my initial visit, I would've been informed that the stains may be permanent I wouldn't have wasted money to have the carpet cleaned. I was told that they could put a special treatment on the carpet and the stains would be taken care of. The second time they came out he told me that the stains may or may not come out. He cleaned them once again and although the stains were a bit less noticeable they were still there. This morning when we woke up and the sunlight hit the carpet we noticed the carpet also had brown stains all over. I've given the company the chance to make it right but at this point I will use other companies for my floor cleaning needs.
