I've used Zerorez exclusively for the last ten years. Three months ago you were sloppy with the spraying. I cleaned up the residue on the baseboard, cabinets, furniture and appliances. This time your water smell is way way to strong for me. You came back out to try and fix but could not.

Keep your words , make sure to keep the time scheduled.

This was my first time to try your service. Your technicians were very efficient both in explaining what they were doing sand how their system worked. I was a little taken aback by the price on the special solution used to remove any pet urine. It was an unexpected cost that I had not anticipated. At this point I will wait to see how well the carpets hold up and if any spots return. Other than that I was satisfied with your service thus far.

Professionalism and always prompt. Don't like that you added fuel charge without telling before service-$10 for a 5.5 mile trip. If I were further out then I would understand; but a customer within a 10 mi radius is the coat of doing business!!

the tect was nice and friendly. I did have and animal spot come back but I got it out the next day. Everything else was fine.

I didn't see any hope for my carpet but decided to let you all clean it so that I wouldn't be embarrassed to have company for a couple of years before I could get new carpet. The results were amazing. Spots that I never dreamed would come out did in fact come out. I did end up spending more than you advertised because I had once had a pet, and the technician treated four rooms at $60 per room. Then I had four rooms scotch guarded at $30 a room. My bill was $507 instead of $99. I will say, however, that my only regret is that I didn't call you sooner.

The steam cleaning system helped reduce the coughing and wheezing I was doing every time I walked up the stairs. The carpet looks clean and smells fresh. Would prefer hot steam cleaning instead of cold water that Kyle did. I was hoping to get rid of stains in child's bedroom but Kyle said stain caused from a bed frame. Would like to get the tile and another room done within the next month. Will recommend this company to a relative and friend.
