Everything smelled so fresh and clean even tho no chemicals were used
Technicians were awesome. They worked very hard on stains and were very thorough. The cut us a great deal to have all floors in house cleaned.

I feel like for the most part the carpet looks good except the main living area ,which he did last, doesn't look that clean. And i still have some wet carpet 24 hours later at the top of the stairs . Next I have a front entry drive and the tech pulled close to the door to pull the hoses in ,that I didn't have a issue with but as he was cleaning the carpet I noticed that the hood of the van was lifted the whole time he was there ... Kind of thought it odd but didn't ask why. When he left my house I closed the front door and my carbon monoxide alarms kept going off until i opened all the windows for a while ..Then I realized that the whole time he was cleaning fumes must having been coming into the house from the van or the machine he was using idk.. . My house still smells like something burnt.
So yes I'm disappointed !
The technician, Mitchell, was very cordial and did a great job.
