What could we do to improve?

give a better quotes as not to upset techs and clients. Take out spots better and not leave carpets wet, so they dont need 2 days to dry. I've never had my carpet wet for over 48 hours. rake carpets after. I feel if water was extracted better the carpets would of look better, but I thought they looked good.

What could we do to improve?

We had to have certain parts of our carpet redone. The second time, there was a significant improvement, but still disappointed that it wasn't done right the first time. The dry time the second time around was also much better than the 10-12 hour dry time of the first job. Also not happy about the price increase. I understand it is company policy to upcharge for certain treatments, but we should have been made aware of this BEFORE you came out to clean our carpets not when you arrive to do the job. That way we could shop around and find a better deal (if we knew upfront). Going from a quote of $155 to paying $363 is a big difference.

My carpets feel a lot better and they are much cleaner now. The two people who returned on Saturday were very professional and efficient and they resolved the concerns which arose from the first service visit. thanks.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I was moving into a home and wanted the best carpet cleaning possible. We paid over $600 and there are stains remaining that were beyond the couple the technician showed up. I felt pressured to pay the extra $350 for the pet upgrade. Didn't receive the gift card that was advertised on the radio station.

This is the 2nd time I have used Zerorez for carpet cleaning. The first I was beyond impressed and that is why I called again. This past service didn't compare to the first. I asked about a brush the first technician used for pre-treating the carpet and the tech said they didn't have on all the trucks. Also he didn't know anything about the air conditioner filter and the first tech explained how that affected the cleanliness of the carpets and the importance of a clean air filter. I just didn't feel I got the same service or impressive results with the carpets. Although they still did a good job.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The business I work for has been a ZeroRez client for many years. When I scheduled my appointment June 20, 2014, I gave the business name and services request to the representative and he asked if I was still on the 13th floor and if we wanted the same service that we had last year. I told him that we have not moved and are still at our current location and we settled for June 21, 2014 at 10:30 AM. Due to the nature of our work, it is required that we have an employee on site for the security of our client's work. Saturday the 21st I receive a call from my coworker at our office saying the representative from ZeroRez showed up but didn't know we were on the 13th floor and did not have the equipment to clean our carpets. He also said that in order to get an accurate quote, he needed to measure the space. (We have been a customer for a long time, the space hasn't changed. This also explains why he didn't know we were on the 13th floor.) We spent money on payroll for a service call that did not happen.

I have used Zerorez for several years now and always been extremely pleased with the service. On this service trip, the technician was extremely nice and very helpful, but the cleaning was not what I've come to expect.
