The results were awesome! My carpets upstairs are 14 years old but after the cleaning they look, smell and feel much better than I expected.
I like the process and Max was EXCELLENT. He explained everything to me, even helped me understand that I needed an additional process, and made sure everything was totally satisfactory. He was very professional and polite.

Joseph, the tech sent to my house, was on time, extremely courteous and helpful, and explained the process of what he was doing every step of the way. I was very comfortable with him in my house, or with the job he was doing. The cleaning solution smelled pleasant, the entire process only took a few hours and I am very pleased with the final result. Well worth every penny!
Restate your guarantee I was under the impression stains would come up on the second time, but all he did was but peroxide on it and did not re vac.

Good communication, the tech that came out was very professional and protected my home well. He wore shoe protectors on prior to entering even though he was going to clean the carpets. He also used corner protectors throughout my home to ensure that his hose did not rub my walls.
