The technician was professional,courteous & efficient. He explained that the change I asked him to make regarding the cleaning of the carpet would add $140. I agreed to the change in price, the carpet looked great when he was finished the job, but some small spots have reappeared. I'm somewhat disappointed, nevertheless I would rate the finished product an 8 out of 10.

I like the clean, non-chemical smell of the product. And the service from the appointment setting to the onsite technician was excellent. Very friendly and knowledgable people.
I felt nickel and dimed to death. I only had one room needing cleaning. First I was told by the technician there was a $10 fuel charge for him to come out. Then he advised my master bedroom was over 200 sq. ft. and therefore I'd be charged $45 extra. Then even though I don't own pets, I was told the small area on the carpet where I'd gotten sick would be considered the same as a pet treatment and cost an additional $60. I'd assumed (shame on me) that Scotch Guard treatment would be included but was told it's another $30. So my $99 job turned into $244 plus tax. Please advise people of these possible charges on the phone before you come out. Especially the Scotch Guard and fuel charge. The carpet looks good but I doubt I'll use you folks again.

Plain, simple, prompt...no surprises.
Once the cleaning was over I decided to use my own machine to verify the cleaning. My machine actually picked up more dirt. I am very disappointed. I wished I hadn't spent the $200.00.

All of my other cleanings were thorough and left the house looking great. This time the employee you sent was finished in half the time as the others even though he was doing 4 rooms instead of 3. Overall I am very disappointed with this cleaning. It's a shame because y'all have done so much better in the past. I don't know what happened.
I loved how well it cleaned my carpets without any harsh chemicals, high-residue soaps, detergents, or shampoos.
