Your employee was very knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently. He seemed to know exactly what had to be done with each item. I do not have the standard wall to wall but hardwood floors with area rugs of various fabrics and he knew what to use on each.

The first Zerorez employee did a horrible job. He was in and out in about 45 minutes and left our carpet looking the same, if not worse than before. Zerorez customer service was very helpful, sending out another employee who did a fantastic job. The second guy confirmed for us that the first guy did a very bad job. We would probably use Zerorez again, but not for the price we paid.

I had to have a redo but the second time the techs did an amazing job. My tech was Max and his partner was Ivory. They were professional, friendly, and did not "skimp"simply because it was a redo. I will recommend Zerorez NOW!!!!

I found it very unprofessional that the price can change on a dime. I had a rug cleaned before and was charged a certain price and had y'all come back out to do the same rug and it was a different price. I was
Told by the gentleman this time around that the man before didn't know what he was doing.

This time, I didn't feel the job was well done. There are still stains on my couch and hair on the rug.

I will never use y'all again because I paid double with y'all and didn't get what I feel I paid for.

The techs that came out were congenial and pleasant. This is the second time on the same job we have called you guys to come out. There was still a particular place in our closet that wasn't addressed. We called Zerorez because of your reputation on ridding pet stains. This second treatment we marked each and every place we thought needed to be treated of pet stains. Still one spot was missed.

There is no odor. they clean very good. and put the furniture back.

I paid a loooot of money to have my grout cleaned. The service man was confident that they would come up like new. I see a small difference in some areas of the grout that were not so dirty. Other areas don't even look clean. I just don't think zerorez has the ability to get really dirty things clean. It's just ok and yes it does have zero residue but that's what you get, zero residue. The stairs did not come up well, my carpets that did come up well were not that dirty. I had two stand alone carpets and one came out well, the other has some dirty spots So I would not use them again or recommend them again but I have nothing against Kyle. He did the best job zerorez can do.
