Clean
The agent on the phone was very friendly and worked with my schedule although I called just a day earlier. The person who came to my house worked hard on the stains and made sure he was not on the way of my activities.
Very professional. Thomas was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He reversed the carpet situation and made it look 10 times better.
The person who cleaned my floor don't have very good customer service.
I would suggest you lay mats down when you clean the grout on tile floors . Our carpet got wet in several areas from walking on the carpet after spraying the cleaner on the grout.
Thank you.
The technicians were knowledgeable, prompt and quick!
Roy & Bill were excellent. Roy explained much of exactly what he was doing to me and about other services. They worked extremely well with each other and did a great job. When I have Zerorez back, I will ask for them.
The efficiency and friendliness of everyone at Zerorez. Dean was great in helping me move the the heavier furniture out of the way. Had all my tiled floors cleaned and furniture put back in 3 hours.
Work excellent. Staff friendly and answered questions on your other services,
David was very nice and explained everything he was doing.
Service and no use of chemixals
I have had the service now twice and both time the technicians where beyond professional , in formative and conveyed the products and services very well.
The people coming on time and courtesy, a very good job they did.
Failed to call 30 minutes in advance as promised. I missed being present because of this failure, and caused unnecessary delay to me and the technician.
The normal price was $99 for 3 rooms. I have 4 rooms total and was charged over $200. That's over $100 for one room??? Seems a little steep.
Also, after the carpet dried, I noticed stains coming back through. These are stains that I've never seen before.
My sofa and chair look like new
I was contacted by an "advocate" from Utah who told me that a Manager and a Tech would come to my home and do what was necessary to make sure that I was pleased with Zerorez. He said the franchise had 45 complaints during the period that I made my complaint and that there was employee turnover and other problems in the franchise. He apologized for the poor service. He offered a refund and I told him that all I really wanted was to have my carpets cleaned. When the tech showed up Friday I asked where the Manager was. He said that he was a supervisor and an inspector; and, that in fact there were lots of supervisors. He said he did not see anything wrong with the carpet and asked what my problem was. I told him that the carpet was not clean and that I had removed some spots myself with my little Bissell cleaner after the first Zerorez visit. He asked how old our carpet was an how often we had it professionally cleaned. I commented that it should not matter because Zerorez advertises that nothing would be left behind, and there was definitely dirt in the carpet. He said that Zerorez did not warrant that dirt would be removed from carpet, just that Zerorez would not leave in residue in the carpet. When I asked him a few questions, the basic impression that I got was: Zerorez doesn't really deep clean carpet; they just sort of dampen the "top layer" of the carpet with clean water; and, they don't leave any Zerorez soap or other materials behind. He asked if I wanted him to reclean it and I said that if he wasn't going to actually clean my carpet then no, he should just leave. What a scam. it appears that Zerorez' entire advertising campaign of "leaving no residue" is just some deceptive Clinton-esque play on words. It doesn't matter what really happens, the only thing that matters is the semantics. Zerorez is a scam.
Hassle free experience. The guys were helpful and proficient!
