Everything about your service was top quality. Was very satisfied.
The tech said the carpet would take 3 hours to dry, and 36 hours later, our hall was still very damp. We also had some damage to our wall when the dresser was moved to stretch the carpet. Lastly, when the tech pulled the screws to the dresser out of his pockert to return, he had some 22 caliber shells in his pocket. That wasnt an issue until my 11 year old daughter found the same caliber bullet upstairs in her gameroom carpet, which we also had cleaned. We usually use Blackmon Mooring, but thought the price would be better with ZeroRez. Our final bill ended up being $410 for 3 rooms cleaned and one room stretched.
I called in a week ago with several issues on our most recent cleaning appointment and asked to speak to a supervisor. There was no one available and I left my phone number for a supervisor to call me back and I have yet to hear from anyone at this point. I would greatly appreciate a response from someone. This is the 3rd time we have used your company and feel that we are owed a call back.

Feel of the carpet after cleaning
Mitchel was on time, professional and very knowledgable.
The follow up I received after a less than desirable experience. Thomas is an awesome knowledgeable employee who knows the technical aspects of his work. An asset to any company. He's the reason I'll recommend ZEROREZ to friends and family.

The "pre-treating" of the spots & traffic pattern in our carpet was dissapointing once the carpet dried.
Additionally, there was a charge of $80 for the three rooms that had pet stains that was better, but again in a couple of cases - the spots did not improve so I am not sure all pet spots in these three rooms were treated.
We did not walk on high traffic areas & used white socks for the next 36 hours in order to make sure the carpet had a chance to fully dry before assessing the cleaning
The technician was very thorough and touched up places at my request. Both of the men were pleasant, courteous and professional.

The carpet in my apartment is extremely OLD. After being cleaned it looks brand new, I'm very happy with the service I received.

The technicians always are up selling to other services. They are looking for items to charge for.
This is anoying. Also I had to remind them to wipe up water left on wood floors. They said no issue and would have gotten after it stayed there for a while.
Courteous and effective service
My carpet was treated for pet odor and stains and I paid a lot of money to have the stains treated and the odor removed. They still have a lot of the urine smell. I would like for a representative to come back out and retreat.
My carpets look beautiful! All spots were removed. I will use Zerorez again.

Service was good, but I wasn't able to get my entire house done because it was so expensive to add the extra rooms & stairs. Perhaps offer a flat rate once beyond a certain number of rooms...

Clean carpets, very nice associate.
It really cleaned our old carpet . We truly believe it is the best way to clean the carpet. However, we had problems with allergies for a few days afterward. We did the pet treatment this time. Maybe that was our problem. We hadn't had that treatment before. I also forgot to ask about the Hawaiian Falls tickets. We will be calling you back
