This carpet is over 10 years old. I was amazed at the results. The carpet looks WONDERFUL! The person who cleaned the carpets was Justin. He was extremely professional, knowledgable, and I can't tell you how much I appreicate his general kindness. He was absolutely amazing. I will personally request him next time. I seldom respond to surveys but Justin and Zerorez deserves to be recognized for your outstand product, service and employees. Thank you so much! You have a customer for life!
Miguel, who was our service person, was professional, courteous, and did an excellent job in an appropriate amount of time. He got the stains out and cleaned our carpets well. He recommended scotch guarding all the rooms but we only ended up doing two of our rooms because of our traffic flow. We used Zerorez last year and because of the good job then, we used your company again this year. We were well pleased again.
The Rep was very polite and efficient. I like that you don't use harsh chemicals.

The technicians that came to our house were very polite and helpful, but I spent about twice what I normally spend on carpet cleaning and already spots are coming back. I did not expect a perfect result because we do have older carpets, but after hearing so many commercials on how your company got out spots that other companies did not, I am very disappointed in the results.

Does a great job
The cleaning went very fast and did not leave a lot of residue. No chemical smells meant a lot to me because I have a little dog that has allergies but nothing bothered her during this visit.
The technicians were very polite and obviously knew their job well. They did an excellent job and asked me to look everything over and make sure I was pleased with their work before they left. My carpet, couch & love seat look like new. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to my family and friends.
Sure the floors are better than they were, and the tech was very friendly, I feel for the amount of money paid the floors would of been a lot cleaner... My roommates even mentioned it wasn't that great... I understand the pet stains and recommendations made by the tech, but still feel the over all cleaning would of been better, as I've done it myself with my Kirby and had better results

There was a lot of moisture left on the carpet - I usually use Chemdry which is not as wet. One of my carpets stretched and another started smelling bad because there was no air circulation in the area.
Joseph was very professional, courteous and my carpet looks amazing. This is the second time Joseph has cleaned my carpet. Will definitely use zerorez again.
