Good service and educated technician
I was completely happy with my technician Randy. His wealth of knowledge and professionalism was more than I could ask for. My carpets couldn't look any better. He was able to look over everything and suggest what he felt would be best for getting the carpets back to like new condition. It's only been a week but with two toddlers running around my carpets still look great!! Thank you Randy for your knowledge and help and thank you Zerorez for your service!
No one showed for First scheduled appt . Second appt 2 people arrived 25 min late which pushed up to my nect appr. People who came said they were the cleaning team & not the individual who bids the job..ridiculous. Left me a phone # to call, wrong #. Called company to discuss. 2 days later no return call has been initiated.
Not sure at this time. We had a horrible experience the last time you were out here a couple of weeks ago. You had a tech come out yesterday and redo the carpets. So it's a little to early to tell. Our first time using your service was fantastic which was why we were so disappointed when your tech, Dean, was here a couple of weeks ago. Your redo man that came yesterday, Darwin, was very professional and nice.
Advertised price does not reflect true cost. Especially when a room is considered oversized if it larger than 100 square feet. Then, you have to pay for additional spot treatment or the room will smell worse than before carpet was cleaned?
Technician did work hard on carpet.
You stand behind your work. I was not happy the first time and you sent a crew back out to redo the job which was so much better
I like the steam cleaning instead of water what came out of my carpet was dirty soapy water from the last company that cleaned my carpet.
Cleans without harsh and irritating chemicals.
Service person was excellent. Only complaint it took way more than 4-6 hours to dry. Could not put furniture back until the next day. Would help if we had some little pieces of plastic to put down under anything that had some metal on the bottoms of furniture.
The technician was on time, called shortly before he arrived. He was willing to retouch one of our high traffic areas. He was respectful of our privacy. He was eager to answer our questions, and accomplished the job in a timely manner.
At this time we are very disappointed with the job done on tile and carpet, we are waiting to see how manager handles situation next week. There should be a report on my complaints, I do not feel like repeating the details again!!

They do a great job at treating any spots prior to cleaning. Once cleaning they pay special attention and detail to problem areas.
Carpet cleaning was well done,for the amount of traffic area of carpet that was cleaned it turned out looking "like new". The cleaning process seemed to help our carpet restore its original thickness and of course it's shade of color!

The carpet finally feels CLEAN again!
I spent almost $2,000 over 2 services to remove pet odor from the carpet. The service did not resolve the problem. The fundamental issue now is the carpet needs to be replaced. Given this is what your company does on a daily basis and you're theoretically the subject matter expert it's not an unreasonable expectation that based on on the severity of the problem your staff would know that your service wasn't going to remedy the problem. Hence, I wasted $2,000.
My carpets are clean! It took way less time for the your people to shampoo my carpet than it usually takes me! I am very pleased.

also had some tough stains that we told you about when we scheduled but technician arrived with an attitude of "this is hard - do you want me to leave"
