It really cleans up the carpet and looks good! Chris does an awesome job!
The workers were friendly but we had some spots that needed additional cleaning. We also had are carpet stretched in our master bedroom costing $160, still waiting for the lines to disappear. In total we spent $401 for four bedrooms. Not sure we got our money's worth.

I like that it's primarily water and leaves no residue to attract more dirt. This was a particularly good technician who removed some stubborn spots that others missed. Hope to have him come again next time.

Make sure that your technicians show up when they say they will and come prepared to do the carpets! This was the second time in a row where we were scheduled during the 4 to 6:30 period, and the technicians didn't come. Both time, my husband and I wound up having to take a extra day off to fit in with Zerorez's schedule. Prior to our latest experience and the one we had in December 2013, our history with Zerorez was wonderful. Now we are feeling a little bit bewildered, and are wondering if we want to continue our relationship.
I just felt like 15 minutes to clean the carpet for a 4 bedroom/dining room/ living room + closets was not long enough to thoroughly get it clean.
The 2 men that came out were professional and showed me their work in progress and educated me on the Zerorez process, trhey were also friendly and efficient- they came after our medical office closed and I stayed with them since it was the first time to use your company and they were aware of my time and stayed on task. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM, my boss as well as myself are very happy with the outcome!

The technicians were friendly and it didn't take a long time to clean the carpet. Daniel was EXCEPTIONAL in his explanation regarding the condition of my carpet and how best to clean it (i.e. what solutions(s) would be needed/suggested, etc) in order to get the best results. I would welcome him again to clean my carpet in the future.
My carpet tech Chad was superb!! He explained everything to me-no hidden stuff-although I was not aware of the $10.00 trip charge- Not his fault the person on the phone who I spoke to should have made me aware! He was friendly, polite, honest and just overall a pleasure to work with. I will request him next time and definitely would refer him as well!
