I was very disappointed to find that the carpet cleaning rep that cleaned our carpet, has stolen items out of my house. I will never use Zerorez again. Unfortunately my trust has been lost with your company, and who you send out to serve your customers carpet cleaning needs. I hope the gentlemen that cleaned our carpet is held responsible for what he has done. This incident leads me to believe this is more than likely happening to other customers.

The way my carpets look, feel and smell after Dean finished cleaning them was absolutely fantastic. My husband and I used Zerorez last year when we first were moving into the house. Whoever was our technician then was not nearly as thorough as Dean. I was focused on the price so much, I neglected to even offer Dean a glass of water, which I felt very bad when I realized it long after he was gone. I wasn't too keen on the cost. The original price that was quoted me on the phone when I booked the service was almost 4 times as much when he finished inspecting before the cleaning. I had the option to stick with the cheaper quote, or since I have dogs, go to the better cleaning. I went ahead with the pricier cleaning and honestly, Dean worked his tail off and our carpets are gorgeous!!! Yes, you can use my name and include the details listed above. Please tell Dean I'm so sorry I didn't offer him water. He needs a big raise! :)

Chris did an excellent job on my carpets. The only negative: I had two rooms cleaned,however I apparently received a three room special. If the woman that booked my appointment had told me about the special I would have had another a room cleaned.
Communicating the price correctly to include everything you ask for when someone calls.
Then when they come to your house it's a different price like two times as much.
Some of the people were very rude before I finally got to someone that handled the situation politly.
In other words the customer service was not good. I am pleased with the way they clean the carpet.
Your employee was very professional. I have already recommended your company to my son.

Your workers were knowledgable and friendly and worked hard to do our carpets as we asked...overall they looked great.... I am a bit disappointed that one of the stains is already showing through after one day... I don't know if you are able to remedy that or not. The only other thing is that we had additional area rugs done and we asked the price before they did them but our invoice was higher than what we agreed on.
They were quick and friendly and did a great job!
Chad did an outstanding job and I was totally impressed with both the quality of his work and the outcome of the finished product. My carpet looked new again.

I don't like that the cleaning brought out the odor of dog urine from months (years) past. T The tech said he had to "flood" an area to clean the carpet and the padding under the carpet. Can't you use a cleaner that kill the odor? It has taken at least a week with a fan blowing on that area to get rid of the odor.

The Service Tech, David! He took his time and explain the process, and work to get a couple of the tough spot out of our carpet. He was a pleasure to work with! David is a great Tech.
I was pleased that when the tech came back to re-clean the areas that I was not pleased with, he did a great job and did not make me feel as if I was wrong in thinking the carpets did not look as if they had been cleaned by a company that I trusted to get them looking like new. Unlike after the first cleaning, I am very pleased with the results and the attitude of the tech.

I've left a message for a supervisor to call me twice - still no return call. I have an issue with the cost of my carpet stretching... Over the phone, I was told to expect about $1.10/sq foot. I had a little over 40 sq ft of carpet that needed to be relaid, so I expected a charge of about $40-50. I was horrified to find out that they had charged my wife $250 for the service.

We have used Zerorez three times and have been extremely pleased with the end product and the service (workers).
I had a spot that came up when the carpet was cleaned (after it dried the spot showed.) Zerorez came back out to remove it for no charge and the technician explained why that would have happened. I love that they do not use chemicals also.
Service personnel are always friendly, and they get right to the job and complete it in a very timely manner. I really enjoy this product - and the carpet looks great after cleaning...and IT'S CLEAN!!!! I have 2 little dogs, so the gentlemen always take care of any situation these little guys have created. Will definitely recommend to family and friends and you can be sure I will call when I need service again.

I rarely recommend any companies or take these surveys unless the experience needs to be seriously revamped... However your team both inside and out were wonderfull! A rare mix in my opinion so you are doing something right. Professional, friendly and fun! The techs in particular did a fabulous job! Thank you!

There were spots that other companies could not get out. You got them out. The guys were very personable and wanted to do the best job possible. Looking forward to getting my 4 Hawaiian Falls coupons to take my grand kids to this summer.
