Service is on time, which is rare in the carpet service industry and the person treat my house is honest and cooperative. My carpet looks like brand new!! I will schedule again in the future.
Actually service was great. Should have clarified that closets werent included. My previous cleanings were with Dalworth and closets were included. Assumed that was the norm. I should have asked as well
Just about everything - mostly your technicians. They are very personable and professional.
When you quote a price to clean tile that is a package price, you should extend that package rate to the rest of the square footage. for example, the package price to clean & seal 150 sq. ft. of tile is $149 or $0.99 per sq ft. then the sq ft over the 150 are priced out at $1.25 to clean PLUS a sealant rate. This is a BAIT and SWITCH.

Your technician Michael Ramirez was very fast and thorough. He had no problem moving some of my furniture, and explained everything he did when finished. I will use him again! Thank you Zerorez for my clean carpet!

My 20+ year old daughter was at my house to meet your representative. He showed up and said he was hungry and that he didn't have time for lunch. He actually asked her to go to McDonalds for him. When she called me I asked to speak to him and he lied to me about the situation. I was afraid to say anything because he knows where I live. I don't want anyone to lose a job, but I find that very unprofessional and that he tried to take advantage. I should have had her make him leave at that point.
I cleaned the carpets the following day myself because they were still dirty. If I had the time for this, I would not have called you; I would have done it myself to begin with. Not happy at all. After hearing all the great advertising on the radio, I expected clean carpets rather than being told, "It won't come out". I could understand old carpets in a couple rooms not looking very nice but our master bedroom had carpet that was only one year old and doesn't get much traffic! Nothing on it but a darker traffic area through the doorway and it is still the same! I took pictures because I was so disappointed. Also, he went about 10 inches around doorstops, which shows! And didn't even try to get close to doorjambs and walls. Not happy at all.
After a less than satisfactory cleaning, Tom was sent to really do it right. He did a wonderful and thorough job with amazing results. I will definitely use Zerorez again and recommend it to my friends. Wish I could get him every time, but I know that's wishful thinking.
Had a great first experience! The two gentlemen were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Zerorez to friends and am definitely going to have Zerorez do our carpets again when the time comes!

I was told someone would be calling 30 minutes prior to arrival to my home. Nobody bothered to call, as promised, and the technician was made to wait until we could get there to let him in. Don't tell people you're going to call them if you're not going to. I even called the day before to verify that I would get a call before hand. I was irritated and disappointed by this- especially when I called to verify it.

Was absolutely pleased with our technician, who was knowledgeable, professional, polite (nice uniforms also reinforce that idea of professionalism) and very careful in his work. Results were wonderful as well.
However, your advertising does not mention that there are other charges in addition to the $99 for 3 rooms special....including additional for hallways, a fuel surcharge and additional costs for pet treatments. My $99 special cost $283. But my carpets look great!
