I was A tech in the customer service business for 24 years, so I an alittle pickey about who services ,and how they service my stuff. You have a customer for life. Please tell the supervisors for the lady I talker to on the phone and for sure the tech to give them ataboys for me.

Really clean & no chemicals
The results were great and the it left a very clean smell. The people who came were also very friendly and professional.
The guys were spent more time selling added services tham cleaning. The person who cleaned our house the first time did a splendid job before he tried to sell other packages.
No soapy residue was left in the carpet to attract more dirt and grime. New spills have cleaned up much easier and completely. Technicians were customer focused, personable, and professional. Kyle had a big job to conquer at our house while keeping up with the trainee. Thomas came back to inspect the job, per my request, and cleaned irregular cleaning patterns left. The bullnose edge on the stair steps was left soiled because of a lack of proper sized equipment tools to clean stairways. I will recommend Zerorez to friends, however, I will advise them to insist that the based board areas be addressed with an upholstery tool, at no extra cost, so that no dirt filtration is left. The "filtration" of dirt to the baseboards is an issue that I was not happy with. Based on having carpet cleaning in the past, the strip of filth at the baseboards is NOT acceptable!!!! I was very unhappy with that poor standard! We spent a great deal of money. I will be calling the technicians back this week, as the "pet neutralizer agent" has not kept my dog from using the same spot as before.

I initially called to schedule an appointment in May when I heard a radio spot on Kluv 98.7 for cleaning 3 rooms for $99 and also receiving a gift card worth $100 from a local jewelry store. Due to work schedule conflicts and Zero Res ability to schedule during my available days, I finally got scheduled. I had to recall a follow up cleaning on some spots in one of the rooms that did not come. Another week and a half later; a management person came out to somewhat correct the problem. Spots are not completely gone. I spoke to one of your ladies who answer the phone and inquired about not having received the gift card I was promised. I was told she would follow up on that and, to date I have received nothing. Don't advertise something you are not going to honor. During my rescheduling attempts which ran into June, I always asked if my gift card eligibility was still good. I was told yes.
The carpet came out looking better than I ever would have expected. The carpet is 7 years old and in a high traffic retail location. The fact that we didn't have to replace saved us $15000! Thanks Zerorez!

My mother (Betty Bulloch) is 82 years old and hard of hearing. I (her daughter Name removed)ordered the three rooms for $99 cleaning special for my mother. I was told that since my mother only had two rooms but needed a few pet spots treated that she could let the technician know and he would take care of her. When he arrived, she explained to him that she only had two bedrooms that had carpet and showed him the rooms and the pet spots. He got down and smelled the spots and explained to her that the spots were not bad and said, "How about $75". She said that sounded good, thinking that he was giving her a $24 discount since she only had two small bedrooms. At the end of the service, she got out her checkbook to pay him and he told her that he could not accept a check because it takes to long to process, so she gave him her credit card. When she asked for a receipt, he told her she would receive one in the mail in 10 days. After he left, she called me very upset and concerned that she may have been scammed. I called your customer service and explained the situation and our concerns. I was told that they accept cash and checks and that it was your policy to email receipts or mail in 10 days if you didn't have or want an email. I explained that the technician never mentioned anything about email to my mother nor did he have her email address if that was your policy. I gave them my email address and they emailed a receipt to me as we spoke on the phone for $280.35 and was told that my mother had your company special treat the pet spots at $75 each. I was appalled that the technician took advantage of a senior citizen who not only is hard of hearing but would never agree to pay $280.35 for a job she though was going to cost her now $75. After specking with a Supervisor, I was told that the only thing that could be done was to give my mother a one room discount of $33 but she would have to pay the $75.00 per room for the pet treatments. Well I can tell you now that even though my husband and I, along with several of our neighbors have used Zerorez for several years, we will never use nor refer your company again. It is just not right to take advantage of our senior citizens.
The technician (Luke) was very professional and did a great job explaining the process and completing the work however the majority of the stains came back the next day. I'm not sure what was different as the last time I used the service all stains were removed and did not return for several months. It was very humid, so I wonder if the extra moisture in the air caused the stains to re-appear quickly.
