Carpet looked great and dried within a couple of hours. My best recommendation is that of my service tech Reagan Walker. He was very good and professional. I will definitely recommend him for future needs.
The cost of service for what is received is far too great. $300 for a single couch, small rug, and small bedroom is too high. The items cleaned do appear clean and smell better, but I can't imagine a competitior can't do 80% - 90% as well for half the cost.

Honoring my belief the service was not up to par and fixing it!
I am happy with the way the carpet turned out but VERY unhappy with the pricing. I feel that the advertising is very misleading. $99 turned into almost $445! We had living room, dining room, bedroom, tiny bathroom and hall cleaned (other carpet cleaning companies we have used didn't even charge for bathroom or hall since all rooms are so small). Granted there were car urine stains but we were charged $60 x 5 for treatment and with no type of guarantee! When I called Customer Service the next day they could have cared less.
I know we had the option to not have the cleaning done but after moving all furniture, washing baseboards, vacuuming throughly and my husband taking the day off of work we decided to go ahead and try your company. I went with your company because I have heard very good things from friends. I am sorry we had this experience.

Only thing I don't like is the scheduling. Don't know until right before when they will arrive. Requests aren't honored.

The condition of the carpet after the cleaning. Leaving no chemicals or residue was very important to us. The technician who cleaned our home was very knowledgeable and professional. We were very impressed and will definitely be calling Zerorez in the future.

Strong Recommendation for staff answering phones: when a customer asks you what the cost is/costs are, be truthful and tell them the sealing cost, too. Twice you've not explained on the phone full cost, and I ended up paying more than quoted, more than budget. Please reconsider this practice. You are not being transparent about costs of a wonderful product.
