With the exception of one spot that has come back, our carpets look very nice. There is a large chip in one of the bathtubs that happened while they were working. I would like someone to ask them if they accidently dropped the cleaning handle. We need to see about having that repaired and how to be compensated. Thank you,

The gentleman that came out to examine the returning the odor was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He wasn't sure what he proposed would work, but he wasn't going to leave me hanging without trying his best. I'm very appreciative.

My original tech came out late in the evening and of course since it was dark outside there wasn't the best light in my house so he missed a few spots. Nothing negative against him, it just happened. I called Zerorez the next day and requested them to come back and correct the missed areas. They were very responsive and had someone back out that same day.

The carpet looks great bit not happy that they left black tire tracks on my driveway and a blue mark on the wall that will require paint to repair.
